The homes kitchen is well stocked for all types of entertaining and includes a stand-alone chef's gas oven. The dining area has pleasant ocean views and entertaining is easy with open plan living or open the sliders and enjoy alfresco whilst looking straight into the barrelling waves of the famous North Point surf break!

Some 'extra' facilities Grace offers include private outdoor shower, WIFI, large outdoor setting, gas BBQ, huge kids room rumpus room complete with second huge flat screen TV.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
