A separate activity room houses a billiards table and ping pong table, ensuring entertainment for all ages.
When it's time to turn in, the bedrooms promise a restful escape with wardrobe space and TVs. The primary king bedroom is pure indulgence, with balcony access and an ensuite so inviting. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third offers a king bed that can transform into two singles with an early request. The fourth bedroom is a bunk bed haven for the kids.

A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
