This spacious north facing apartment offers elegance and comfort for the whole family. Located on the ground floor and directly opposite the picturesque Noosa River.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, wall mounted TV opening out onto the lush gardens. The second and third bedrooms have ceiling fans and share a family bathroom.

This air-conditioned luxury open planned living area offering a Samsung 65" Smart TV and Samsung Q-symphony sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity where all your entertainment needs are met. This space opens out onto your private courtyard with outdoor setting and day bed, where you can take in the views across the pool and gardens to the river. The large kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.

The complex is completely private, with keyed security entrance gates.
Under cover parking has high vehicle access to 2.7m.

Relax by the heated pool / spa amongst the lush tropical gardens, read a book, or just take in the sunshine and enjoy the quietness, peace and tranquility of the moment.

This property is perfect for a relaxed holiday in tropical surrounds with plenty of activities such as swimming, fishing, sailing, shopping, restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance and only 10 minutes by car to the famous Hastings Street. Great location
Our ground floor 3bed 2 bath unit was just perfect. We could not have had a better location - so close to eateries and a beautiful park along the river with plenty to sight see. All very accessible as was our unit. We would certainly hope to revisit and stay in this unit in the future.

Family apartment by the river
This apartment was spacious, very clean and well located in Noosaville. At the time of booking the property listed internet as an essential but we were disappointed when we arrived that no wi-fi was available. In future the lack of internet would make the apartment unsuitable for our family for a holiday.

Our stay was extremely comfortable, the realestate where u pick the keys up was easy to find and the staff were accommodating. The accomodation itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures if not better. The area around the accomodation is nice too. Was a very nice place to stay overall with my family and I would stay here again.

Home from home
Beautiful property in a great location. Well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The blackout curtains enabled us to wake up naturally. We slept well as it is a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Great to be on the river. We would consider returning. The only negative was no wifi.
