"USF Hideaway" - Cozy 3-Bed, 2-Bath Single Family Home with Fenced Backyard

Discover your perfect retreat at the USF Hideaway, an inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offering 1200 sq. ft. of quiet, cozy living space, complete with a fenced backyard and a furnished outdoor patio. Modern amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, smart televisions, and a state-of-the-art security system ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Centrally located in Tampa's University area, this family- and pet-friendly home is in close proximity to Busch Gardens, the University of South Florida, Moffitt Cancer Center, and James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, making it ideal for extended stays.

The USF Hideaway features two living spaces, a master suite, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and a laundry room for your convenience.

During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a door code and check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message!

DETAILS BY ROOM:

The Den - Furnished with a leather sofa, dining room table, PlayStation 4, and a 50" smart TV makes this the perfect place to lounge and have fun.

The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!

The Living Room - Furnished with a couch and chair to create the ideal space for entertaining guests or reading a book.

The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own iHome clocks. The master suite has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with an updated stand-up shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is close to both rooms.

Outdoor - A large patio staged with plenty of seating, good lighting, a charcoal grill, and warm weather transforms this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind. Please note that our lawn maintenance crew will be outdoors only on Mondays or Tuesdays!

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN:

We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy:

- We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing each vacation home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas.

- We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning.

- We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list.

- We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking.

- We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion.

- We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out.

HOUSE RULES:

- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking.

- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.

- We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving.

- A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply

- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.

- Minimum age for booking is 25.
