We were going for a quick trip and didn’t want to spend a lot on a VRBO. House is a manufactured home so it was interesting to see the quirky way it was built. Great location close to Fleming meadows (10min) Quite neighbor hood. The pool was fun. Weird thing was, there is carpet in the bathrooms, thought we stopped doing that in the 80’s. Carpet throughout the home was clean but ready to be replaced.
This is our second time coming to this home and our family enjoys it more each time! Perfect location close to the lake and love the pool! We can’t wait to come back!
The house was easy to find, clean, and had everything you needed for the stay. There were plenty of bath towels, the kitchen had everything in it, and the beds were comfortable. It was about an hour and fifteen minutes to Yosemite. It was my husband, my two adult boys, and me. We had a perfect time and will definitely come again!
Very comfortable and clean! We loved the pool and deck outside and had a blast playing Corn Hole with the family. Lots of parking for boat! We would love to come back!
I loved this house. The pictures dont do this house any favors. Its cute and very clean. The backyard was a perfect to relax.
We needed a place that had boat parking as we were heading to Lake Don Pedro. The parking was perfect and the house was perfect for 3 couples. Will definitely be coming back.
This place was the perfect place for our families annual summer lake trip. Plenty of parking the house was fully stocked and clean. The pool and deck were perfect for the warm afternoons and evenings. We can’t wait to come and stay again. Lulu was so attentive and made this process a breeze.
This was my second time renting this property. It us clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area. The outside deck area is perfect for BBQ'ing, or just relaxing under the majestic oak trees. The pool was refreshing and clean. The property is well taken care of.
The home was as advertised. It was clean and well-stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, pillows and blankets, pots and pans, some spices. The internet access was "ok" but at times did not have enough bandwidth to upload or download files. Comfy chairs and couches, beds were comfortable with many pillows, great washer and dryer, lots of hot water, gas stove was great. We visited at Christmas so didn't take advantage of the outdoor bar-b-que or deck or swimming pool but those looked more than adequate. Very quiet neighborhood. December - rainy and chilly but that was expected. We enjoyed our 12 day visit and would return if our plans brought us back to the Sierra foothills.
Beautiful, well stocked, perfect house for lake location.
Bass fishing tournament at Don Pedro, the house was super clean, comfortable, and welcoming! We will be back. Thank you for everything LuLu!

House was super clean
The house was very clean and well kept. We had significant problems with wifi and being able to stream roku. After resetting and finding batteries were dead, even the new extra ones, we had to go to town and buy batteries. Just yesterday, owner sent a picture of a broken drawer know that we never even touched. I have no idea what happened to it. I'm my opinion, most likely fell off while being cleaned. In any event, this has turned me off to ever renting vrbo again. She never replied back after sending me a picture of a broken knob so I have no idea what is going to happen next.
One of the cleanest and well stocked houses my family and I have been to and we have been to a total of 7 different vacation homes. Lulu was very patient and professional and appreciate her answering questions that I had. Unfortunately the wifi was very slow, unstable and only worked in the living room and even then it would drop frequently. It did not work in the bedrooms or bathrooms. I am used to watching videos, streaming music or something similar on my phone to relax or while I'm doing chores and I could not do that here due to the wifi limitations which was very stressful for me and I felt like I wanted to leave somewhere else so I could feel like I was in the 21st again but I already had paid so much money to stay there and didn't want to disrupt or disturb anyone with my issues. If wifi is not an issue for you then you will love this place its very cozy and well stocked.
So glad I found this home. The location is perfect, close to Don Pedro Lake. The house is very clean and had everything. Lulu is very nice and responds to messages timely. We had a great time staying at this house; felt just like we were home.
It was clean and calm. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and Lulu was very communicative. The place is close to the Lake and not too far from Yosemite. I will definitely come back.
Very clean and organized. Coming of long days fishing we wanted a quiet and relaxing place to stay and we DID! Only thing wish it had local TV for news and weather. Great stay. We will be back
My buddy and I stayed here for three nights while we fist Don Pedro. The location is superb and the turn around driveway makes boat trailering very easy to go in and out of the property. Beds were nice and firm and all amenities were excellent. The back deck is perfect for an evening dinner and beer.
Great place to come back to after a day at the Lake.
We enjoyed our stay. The Home is well set up with a lot of amenities. It's proximity to Lake Don Pedro and local markets is great. Very nicely maintained property with very nice Owners.
We had a great stay! The owners thoughtfully provide everything to make it a very enjoyable time from games and a hammock to cozy throws. The pool was so refreshing. We were also lucky enough to see deer and rabbits while we had our coffee on the deck.
