About this property

Executive Style - DIGGERS BEACH VILLA - 500m to Diggers Beach - 2 bedroom

Executive Style 2 Bedroom Villa attached to owners main home with completely separate access and amenities.

You have your own space.... We prefer 2 adults and 2 quiet children, or 2 couples who are quiet. No parties on the deck. Do not bring rowdy, ill behaved children or pets to our Villa. We take pride in keeping it beautiful for our valued guests and appreciate guests who look after it the same as we would.

Two double size bedrooms - both with King Size Beds - Both have large built in mirrored robes.

A cot is stored in the cupboard for your convenience and also a high chair that can be buckled onto the dining chairs

The second bedroom has a desk and double seat.

There is a lovely big deck you can enjoy the afternoon breezes.

We want to disclose here that your deck does look down onto our pool but other than us occasionally swimming in the pool, it’s not a problem as it also looks out to the lovely treed suburb of diggers beach

Kitchenette/Laundrette separate from toilet and bath/shower room. Kitchenette has a Delonghi Multi function oven / air fryer, microwave, washing machine, and bar fridge with small freezer. Also cupboard full of plates, cutlery, and pantry items for your convenience.
Lounge room area -
This area has a lounge, TV/entertainment unit (with chrome cast) , and the dining table and chairs.
Iron, washing basket and clothes airer in living room cupboard along with lots of cooking supplies, extra seating and the baby high chair.

The home is located within walking distance (about 5-7 minutes depending on how fast you walk) to one of the most popular swimming and surfing beaches around Coffs Harbour.
We are also within walking distance to the Big Banana Fun Park ( or a 1 minute drive across the highway) ; and Aanuka Beach Resort, where there is other accommodation and restaurants.
The perfect holiday location, or house to check into for one, two or more nights on your way through from Sydney to Brisbane or ViceVersa.

This charming residence boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to essential amenities. The house itself presents a neat and tidy facade, complete with a welcoming balcony and ample garage space. While the interior is generally pleasing, it does have a few limitations. The kitchen, although functional, offers limited storage for cookware and dishes. Additionally, the bathroom arrangement is somewhat unconventional, featuring a single toilet without a dedicated handwashing sink, requiring the use of the kitchen sink instead. The main bathroom lacks a standard vanity, and the makeshift sink setup over the bathtub may not be to everyone's taste. These quirks aside, the house has much to offer, though some may find these features less than ideal for a return visit to Coffs Harbor.

What an amazing place!
Stayed here one night during our massive move from Sydney to Gold Coast. Angela kept checking in to ensure she met our requirements. She even let me know that she left the outside light on for us as we were arriving just as it got dark. It was a long drive and we were tired and ready for bed, but the moment I walked into this beautiful place I woke up as everything was so inviting and amazing. It really felt like a VIP holiday stay. Thank you Angela. You created a gorgeous place for visitors to stay. It completely exceeded my expectations!

The villa is absolutely beautiful. The location is fabulous and the attention to detail and presentation of every aspect of the villa is amazing. Angela the host takes such pride in the property and it shows the villa is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only down side was it was not long enough we will be back.

Perfect hidden Gem in Coffs Harbour

My husband, Glenn and I designed and built this home in 2005, moving in 2006. We have 5 young adult children, Our eldest has married and moved out. We are very active people, loving the ocean for surfing, swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving. We love living on the North Coast.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for staying at whether for a few nights or more as it's convenient to everywhere in the area, is easily accessible, and has enough room to have your own space. We have added everything that we consider important to a comfortable stay with us, and if you need anything we are happy to supply you with extra items. We love to host, and enjoy sharing our home. With only a short walk to the beach or the headland, it's the perfect spot to recharge, and also to do day trips from :)

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of our property is its access to local attractions and to shopping, as well as to the beach and the mountains. Diggers Beach, our local, is one of the best beaches around, and is protected from winds which is lovely. There is so much to do around the area which makes living here such a treat, and travelling here to spend time also a treat!
What I love about our home is the usable spaces and the size of the rooms so it feels spacious and sunny. The upper deck where the Villa is located catches the beautiful afternoon breezes, and the warm morning sunshine. The climate here is such that we don't actually need heating as there are really only a few weeks of the year where it is a bit chilly. The villa is equipped with fans in each room, which we find is the only thing needed even in summer, as the breezes are usually lovely!
