2/10 Catalina Close - Walk to Shoal Bay Beach

This three bedroom duplex is located between both Shoal Bay Beach and Little Beach, walking distance to Shoal Bay shops, Resort and Spa and restaurants. Relax and enjoy a drink and BBQ in the cosy courtyard or wander up to Wests Diggers for dinner and sports bar. This property is ideal for couples or families. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

We also rent 1/10 Catalina Close so multiple families can book both properties.

This property is only catered to sleep 6 people.

Parking: Single Carport + Single Driveway. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

A very clean and looks to be recently refurbished property, walkable to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay town centre. The letting agents are fantastic to deal with and friendly. Great layout as well. One issue - no internet, although I use my phone as a hotspot so I am fine. Has 4G reception, was a bit slow at times.

Great location and accommodation needs to have the ant problem sorted as it was difficult to store food as no pantry in kitchen so had to leave food on bench Needs aircon as quite hot at night Bottom floor bed needs replacing as the springs dig in your back Would stay there again though

Nice property, good value.

Everything was OK but the BBQ. The house was clean and tidy. The gas bottle was empty so we went to exchange it for a filled one but after connecting, the BBQ was faulty and couldn't use it.

Great size, needs checking for cleanliness.

Good size for a family, wasn't very clean. Had to sweep up dead spiders and cockroaches when I arrived and noticed alive baby spiders around ceiling. Main bedroom the bed had dirt or dead animal pieces on the bed that I had to clean up. Neighbour was very noisy every night. Overall, if the house had been checked that morning for cleanliness and cleaned up it would have been a better review.
