This 4 bedroom property enjoys magnificent 180 ocean views towards Apollo Bay and Airey's Inlet. Features include dual living area and large entertaining deck, a great family holiday rental. Easy minutes walk to the beach and pier. The quieter end of town.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location.

We had a great weekend at Gannon. Great location and views. Need to update the outside shot. We were looking for a yellow house but it is blue now !! Had a great family weekend.

Perfict location

Great get away for a family and friends. This place is located just outside of town. You can easily enjoy a walk by the coast 20 min walk into town. We enjoyed our long weekend with friends.

Perfect place for holiday. Best views. I think check out should be 11 am as extra hour is helpful for cleaning and leaving the house presentable.

Nice house with a great view

The house has great access to the beach and town. The house is neat and tidy. Some of the furnishings have been there for a while, but everything was fine for a holiday house. The house is great for two families. I would definitely choose to stay again.

The location is perfect, house is clean, great sea views

The house location is perfect great sea view, walking tracks to city centre, facilities good except missing a dryer, shower over spa bath not really suitable for adults over 60years require handrail, shower screen to prevent water going on floor. Bit disappointed after paying high price for a week linen was not included.Also the couches are not suitable for adults over 60 years to low. But we had a lovely week house overall pretty good. I would like to say the the staff at Great Ocean Road Holidays were great, after reading a review the Mimosa K it thru us into a panic as we had children & was concerned about the mould etc the cleaning products including the sponge were new, the bbq was clean & there was no smells. So I don't know if it's because we spoke to Matt and he insure all was good. Big thank you to all at Great Ocean Road Holidays for making our holiday a enjoyable one in a clean smell free home. Thanks Vicki S & family

The location was beautiful but the house inside was terrible it had a mould smell all over the house

The location was beautiful but the house inside was terrible it had a mould smell all over the house and the power went out the first night we were there so for 2 hours we were on the phone with the maintenance guys that was at 11 pm until 1 am there was no cleaning products the dish spung was old really old! The bbq was dirty so most of our 2 day stay we stayed outside on the balcony the we all slept in the living room because the rooms smelled bad and under a mattress there were dirty underwear it was an horrible experience:(

Fantastic experience

BEST location ever

We had 7 guests for 3 nights, very clean and comfortable property. Well equipped kitchen and common living area to kick back, relax and watch the ocean. This would be perfect for large families,

How can you not relax with the stunning views and great accommodation. Best family weekend getaway destination we've had. Can't wait to get back to sit on the balcony, watch the surf break and enjoy the tranquility of Lorne west.

Divine water views!

Just spent a week at Gannon with the family. Can't get over the sparkling water view and the soothing sounds of the crashing surf. House was very comfortable, roomy and clean. Will certainly be booking again!

Great View, Great Location

My family and friends had a lovely, long weekend staying at this property. The view right infront of the house is simply spectacular. It was full moon when we were there. Picture the beautiful moon above the ocean right outside the glass door! Close to all amenities yet distant enough from all the hustle bustle of the city centre for you to truly relax.

My visiting family and I had a great time staying here. The house was clean and well equipped with great views of the surf break directly across the road. A short 15 min scenic walk down to the main beach in Lorne. I would definitely return to the same property.

Second Stay

This was our 2nd stay at Gannon. View from balcony, layout of house and easy 15 min walk to shops will not disappoint. Although on the Great Ocean Road, there was no noticeable traffic noise.
