Airey's 15 - Walk To The Beach & Cafe's, Pet FrIendly.

Escape to this charming, affordable four-bedroom family beach house, ideally located just 500m from the tranquil Sandy Gully Beach. Nestled in peaceful surroundings, it’s within walking distance of the iconic Split Point Lighthouse, the renowned Aireys Pub, and all the local amenities.

The spacious accommodation is perfect for families, offering a separate upstairs living area with its own external access. This area includes a double bed, a set of bunks, a cozy living space, and an additional bathroom for added convenience.

Pet-friendly (surcharge applies), this home offers the perfect setting for a beachside retreat, though please note the property is not fenced.

Linen is not provided, so guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, doona/quilt covers, and towels. Alternatively, a linen hire service can be arranged on request.

Please note, the beach photo is not a view from the house, but with the beach so close, you’ll enjoy the coast in no time

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules” . Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Run down & poorly maintained.
Although the location is great, this property needs some serious updating. Couches were absolutely filthy, remotes to televisions didn’t work, split system remote doesn’t work & only works on air conditioning manually in which is accessed with a chair to stand on. Some lights didn’t work in the house. Unable to use toaster & kettle without blowing the fuse. Curtains only to two bedrooms, no doors. The list goes on. We made the most of our stay but would never stay here again.

Owners have not bothered to address feedback from negative reviews. The house was absolutely filthy with many broken amenities. -Cooling does not work.-Exhaust fans, oven and grill don’t work.-Couches, walls and carpet filthy.-Deck is unsafe with exposed nails and structural issues.-Screeching toilet when refilling. -Uncomfortable beds with old lumpy mattresses.-Mouldy cockroaches in kettle and many roaches throughout house.-Constant spiders as fly screens are broken.

Lovely location but very tired house
Set on a beautiful bushy block this house is old and tried and needs some TLC . Heating is inadequate, with broken portable heaters and an open fire which needs an upgrade - very inefficient in heating the main space - needs a proper stove to push the heat into the room . The shower head in main house is broken , oven does not work and general fittings are old and a bit dodgy . (Masking tape around a light switch is never a good look ) Loved the location close to the creek , but the house needs attention and love . Would not recommend.

Overall was a nice stay
The property was good. I think that you guys need to fix the blinds in the lounge room as it had no chain and was a pain to have to climb up and down on a chair to open and close them. We knew the property was old but that wasn't an issue at all, it was cosy and overall comfortable. Happy to stay there again

Exactly what we wanted for 3 adults and 6 teenagers with access to beaches, walks and bike riding trails. Short walk to pub for dinner too.

Great basic beach house
We very much enjoyed our short break in this house. It was exactly as described, a basic beach house. But it was also very comfortable. The beds were excellent, the outlook to the garden was stunning and the floor to ceiling windows let the light flood in as we watched the constant stream of birds come and go. We also very much appreciated being able to bring our dog (note that the yard is not fenced). We would be happy to holiday here again.

Affordable Family Accomodation
We enjoyed our stay at 15 Aireys, property was clean and comfortable. However, the BBQ was not clean and the property could do with some cosmetic updates, ripped curtains chairs etc. OK for a cheap weekender.
