This recently built apartment has 1 Double bedroom on suite shower, 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom with bath ; Living room with a sofa for 2 children, fully equipped American kitchen : washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, etc; It has cable TV and wi-fi. Placed in a private complex with a very large communal pool & small communal children’s pool, and a huge garden! It is only 300 meters far from the lovely beach of Alvôr, 200 meters far from the centre of Alvôr, where you find some of the best restaurants in Algarve.

This very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is really tasteful decorated! With the facilities of the air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, you have everything you need! Only 2 minutes walking from the Alvor centre.
From the large varanda overlooking the pool & garden, you can enjoy your fresh meals with a very nice sea view!

Linen and towels are changed once a week.

Lovely Alvor

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this property. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The complex is safe, clean and very pretty with a beautiful pool. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, the river and the town and very close to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Second time staying at this apartment. Communication with host was excellent and check in very easy. Property has everything you need and very comfortable. View over pool is lovely and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Already booked again!

Lena and Gil were excellent hosts. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The balcony looks over the pool with views to the sea. The complex is modern and quiet and only a short walk to the centre of all the bars and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent, book in process very easy and as the title says, we are all ready booked up again for next year. This apartment offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday.

Property was 5 mins from beach & town. Good pool area and lovely wrap round balcony. Hairdryer, washing machine, iron & dishwasher also large fridge freezer. Maria Helen’s communication was very good & helped us organise our transfers.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, man kann zu Fuß Supermärkte, den Strand, Restaurants und das Zentrum von Alvor gut erreichen. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Es gibt einen wunderschönen, sauberen Pool und viele Liegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The location is amazing and you can reach the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and the center of Alvor easily by foot. The community where the apartment is is very clean and save and has a very beautiful, clean pool and many possibilities to relax and catch some sun. The owners are very nice and friendly! October in alvor

Given a warm welcome on arrival by Helena and showed around apartment which was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could need. Location perfect for both beach and town. Super pool and large balcony which gets the sun all day. Would recommend this apartment and Alvor for a relaxing holiday

Happy Holidays

Excellent communication with Helena who helped us organise our transfer too and from the airport to our accommodation . The apartment is clean and spacious and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Alvor. It is in a great location close to the beach and the lovely restaurants.The pool area is lovely with the sun on it all day it is very well looked after with plenty of sun beds.We will be returning in the future ,Thankyou Helena for a memorable holiday. We loved Alvor and our apartment

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks in beautiful Alvor. This is our second visit but only our first at Vila da Praia and we love it's proximity to everything. Lena was brilliant with communication and when we had a problem with the shower, it was fixed the next day. We will definitely come back.
