Enjoy a game of golf at the spectacular Apollo Bay golf course directly across the road, or wander down to the pier and fishing co-op only 100 metres down the road. Dinner and drinks at one of the many restaurants Apollo Bay has on offer is only a 5 minute walk away.

The 1st level provides a large modern & stylish open plan living area with modern kitchen walk in pantry, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer and all you will ever need on your holiday. The dining area features dining table with 8 chairs. The living area features a large lounge suite, gas log fire, Apple TV, DVD, reverse cycle a/c & Free WiFi.

The 2nd level provides you with 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, queen, reverse cycle a/c, large walk in robe, large oversized round chair, large ensuite with separate shower, toilet & vanity, bedroom 2, 2 king singles, floor fan & charcoal floor heater, bedroom 3, 1 queen & charcoal floor heater, bedroom 4, 1 queen, built in robes. There is also a separate laundry, separate main bathroom with separate shower, separate bath, vanity & toilet.

The property has 3 decks, enjoy the morning sun along with the ocean view from the 1st level front deck opening from the living area or the afternoon warmth on the protected rear 1st level deck complete with table and chairs & BBQ. Lovely place in Apollo Bay

Really nice place, bigger than photos suggested. Went in mid winter and had worried would be cold but heaters in all rooms plus gas fire and a.c upstairs kept place very warm. Great location, so quiet but only a 5 min safe walk to town, and across from the beach.

Great Location

This is a perfect holiday house. The big issue is the lack of wifi. For the price per night that’s unusual. Otherwise it’s great. It’s a good location with an easy walk to beach, the town and the nearby seafood supplier (make sure you buy their fresh lobster which is superb). The house could use some more lounge / sofa so the whole family can sit down in front of the fire / tv. But that’s a minor complaint. View is terrific and the house has all you need for a few days stay.

needs A few extras

Over all the property was very good, l believe that the upstairs area needs rugs on the floor to help cushion the noise from the bedrooms below Also a dryer in the laundry would be excellent as we had a baby with us also the downstairs bedrooms were freezing and the little heaters and the reverse air conditioner didn’t warm it enough Beautiful views and close to the shops

Great Location

Fabulous setting with views over the ocean. A quiet location within walking to town. The house is beautifully set up with a great kitchen. The place is awesome, however I wish that the windows had been cleaned (so you could enjoy the great views) and a rug on the floor to dampen the sound to the bedrooms below. We definitely would stay here again.
