Two spacious living areas both with TV and DVD players, CD player, air conditioning, corner spa bath, the list goes on! Views of the ocean looking towards Lorne from the large balcony are a great compliment to this holiday home. This modern 3 level, 2 living area holiday house is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and pub. Kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher * Main living area with TV, DVD and reverse cycle air conditioner. Downstairs living area has TV and wood fire. Outdoor deck with gas bbq and views
Main Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite 2nd Bedroom: Double bed 3rd Bedroom: Set of bunks Main bathroom with spa.
Linen not supplied, BYO Linen is customary on the Surf Coast. Pillows and doonas (with covers) are supplied, but guests should bring their own linen (pillow covers and sheets) and towels. Alternatively, linen and towels can be arranged for an additional cost on request.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
