Regarded as the premier apartment in the Kalimna complex, this front row, second level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront apartment is the perfect place for a holiday. Conveniently located just a short, flat stroll into town and almost opposite the Lorne Pier, Kalimna Dreaming is peaceful yet easily accessible to all Lorne has to offer.

Phenomenal views from the kitchen, dining and lounge of Louttit Bay and beyond that will never disappoint no matter what the weather. Bedrooms are well appointed and all feature quality linen and ample storage space.

Was blown away by the view probably the best in Lorne The biggest let down was the condition of our unit bench tops dirty insects on windows and floors dust on the shelves Stove top and toaster where dirty No dish cloth was provided and only one roll of toilet paper I left it cleaner than l found it Considering what we paid l expected a higher standard of cleanliness

After reading the fine print No Wifi but thought maybe we might have some soaps etc, or tea and coffee or even a welcome pack of sorts. Plus you have to sweep, vacuum and remove all rubbish. Hard work for the cost.

Amazing views
We chose this property for it's views & proximity to the hospital. (5 min. walk) It was a lovely, quiet location at the end of town overlooking the pier. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. The bedlinen was of high quality. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery & utensils. We were disappointed there was no WiFi. The nightime lighting was quite dim & a little challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Unplanned short stay
Kalimna 9 is a lovely unit in a perfect location. Unfortunately, due to the latest lockdown, we were unable to complete our intended stay. We are very much looking forward to returning in the near future. Many thanks to Great Ocean Road Holidays and Real Estate and the owners for their assistance.

Spectacular view!
This apartment was well appointed, clean and in a fantastic location! It’s far enough away from the busy part of town yet close enough for a short walk. To top it off, the view was spectacular!! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great Location with stunning views across the bay
Apartment 9 Kalimna was Just as amazing as it was last year only this time the brand new couch was divine. Close to town but far enough away from the crowds. And the view just amazing loved it just as much the second time around, we will be back for sure.

Great accommodation, and Wow stunning views!
Apartment 9 Kalimna was truly amazing. the apartment was great with everything you need and the view was spectacular day or night whether it be from the kitchen,dinning lounge room or the patio it was a view that you would never get sick off. thanks so much. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and yes we will be back. Perfect location to explore Lorne and all it has to offer.

Fantastic Lorne Apartment
We've stayed at the Kalimna Apartments before but not at No.9. This was a fantastic long weekend. Sensational views across to Airey's Inlet and nice large balcony from which to enjoy it. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable with nice solid mattresses. Bathrooms are perfectly functional. All rooms have heating. The kitchen has good facilities. A really nice touch was after booking with Stayz.com.au I received a call from GOR Real Estate to welcome us and to thank us for our booking. Picked up the keys after hours from Andrew's Chicken Joint which was very convenient. Would we book again? In a heart beat.

Nice Property with Sensational View
We've stayed in this complex of 28 apartments before, but not in this 3 bedroomed unit. It was excellent. Clean and comfortable with good beds, good winter heating and an easy to use kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view
A beautiful apartment with a lovely and never ending ocean view from the lounge, balcony and kitchen. Very comfy couch, bed and pillows. The agents made after hours check in really easy with key pick up from the Mantra.
