PLEASE NOTE: the 3rd floor can get very warm during the summer because of the AC unit not being able to cool the 3rd floor completely. This is a flaw in the building design. There is a ceiling fan and 2 standing fans on the third floor. We recommend that you turn the AC down to 68 degrees to keep the 3rd floor at a reasonable temperature. It will be very cold on the 1st and 2nd floor, but that is the only way to keep the third floor somewhat cool. We also recommend that you leave the blinds on the third floor closed at all times, do not open the windows, and leave on the ceiling fan to circulate the air. Please do not place furniture or suitcases over the floor AC vents - that will block the cool air flow. We are aware of this issue and there is nothing that can be done about it. We are not allowed to have an additional unit installed per HOA guidelines, and the unit we have was installed in 2022 and is serviced 2 times per year with regular filter changes. Please understand we have done our best to rectify the situation. There are no refunds or discounts on the rental property related to this issue.
