Oceanic Unit 4 Kings Beach QLD

*Please note that there are currently workman onsite finishing up a job on the complex, this will not impact the unit directly. The workman are based at the back of the complex and we predict it all completed by mid July*

This bright and sunny two bedroom/one bathroom second floor unit represents great value for money and is located only a few meters from the popular Kings Beach. Kings Beach has plenty of restaurants, cafes, rock pools, child friendly water fountains and a children's playground.

The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and microwave with a DVD in the lounge. The bathroom has been recently renovated and now has a full shower, no bath. The lounge room offers seating for five and also offers good views of the shipping lanes from the balcony and living areas. .

Oceanic also offers a swimming pool in the complex. Please note bedroom linen may differ from the photos.

Linen is included for all bookings made after the 1st December 2022, If you booked prior to this linen is not provided. Information on linen hire service will be provided at time of booking.
Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

great stay

It was a great experience,the location was really good, the house was very nice and clean and had every thing we would need. the only problem we had there; after a long day out when we head back home one of the neibours had occupeid our car park space it took us long to have the space back, so stressful.

Close to Beach

The unit was nice. Walking distance to the beach and the shops and not that far from restaurants and bars It really needed block out curtains in the bedroom and the water pressure was not the best but otherwise it was lovely
