This light and bright 1 bedroom 1 bath condo (sleeps 4) is located across the street from the ocean and the North Ocean Beach Park. Enjoy spending time on the beautiful beach with the Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse views. Located across the street from the ocean and the North Ocean Beach Park in beautiful Pompano Beach, the Floranada building is located in a quiet area perfect for a relaxing vacation. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and a wheeled cooler. Additional property amenities include free cable, and wifi, on-site laundry, 2 grills, and a parking space for 1 vehicle. We also offer a high speed internet, a 52” HGTV cable flat screen TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and table seating for 4. Relax on the comfortable king size bed after a day in the sun. The queen size sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub. We provide bed and bath linens for 4, and paper supplies for a week. The resort offers a luscious green garden and picnic area. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the 2nd floor veranda surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers! Or enjoy a nice quiet dinner under the stars! Take a swim in the large heated swimming pool, or relax on the patio and sundeck. Walk across the street to enjoy fresh seafood and music by the ocean!

You will need a vehicle to get there.
The Pompano Circuit is a free on-demand shuttle service to get you around the beach areas. You can use their app to request a pick up, or catch a ride at one of the service stops. Located nearby on Federal Hwy 1 are numerous restaurants and shops, as well as grocery stores. Take a drive on nearby Hillsboro Mile and visit Deerfield Beach, where you can stroll along on the boardwalk, enjoy dinner by the ocean and shop. Take a boat tour to explore the Intracostal and the Ft. Lauderdale area. Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and no parties or loud noise are permitted. One vehicle parking is allowed per apartment with parking pass. Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach are only a short 25-30 minutes drive on I 95 and offer great dining and entertainment. We are located 30 minutes north of the Ft. Lauderdale airport and 40 minutes south of the West Palm Beach airport. Very clean, great location!

We stayed for 10 days. The unit was very well laid out and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and there are a couple restaurants right there. We did rent a car to make grocery runs, etc. There are no convenience stores nearby. There are Ubers and the Ride Circuit seems like a convenient way to get around if you do not have a vehicle.

Cold pool and thin walls

The pool was ice cold for my 7 straight days and the unit was acceptable except the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of your neighbors and more.

Very nice condo, it was true to pics and description, bed is fabulous

Great lil place!! Close to beach, quiet neighborhood. Served all the needs! Some really good restaurants with in walking range. Shower has good pressure and bed and pillows were so comfy!! Will book again!!

This was my first time staying at this property. I come to the Fort Lauderdale are several times a year and have stayed at many different properties. This is definitely one of my favorites! The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a 3 minute walk to either the beach or the Intercoastal…..the interior is spotlessly clean and well decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay!! The bed is super comfy as is the pull out couch in the living room! I really loved staying at this place and cannot wait to return! Thanks!!

Very comfortable.

It was well kept and updated. The pool area was so nice with lots of chairs. We hit rainy weather, but there was a covered area out of the rain where we could sit and play cards. I would stay here again.

Nice little getaway

Florida in the off-season perfect pool area and literally a skip across the street to the ocean. Property owner is very responsive if you have an issue but no issues for us!

Floranada in Pompano Beach

This condo was just as described. It was a two minute walk to the beach, well stocked with paper products and soap. The furnishings were nice and tasteful. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had about the condo.

Pompano Hideaway

Very comfortable get away near Kite Beach (one block away and easy walk) in Pompano Beach FL. Older unit in 2 story building with multiple units. Building is showing its age. Grounds and pool were immaculately maintained. Minor issues in room were mostly due to age of unit and not an inconvenience. Owner Neda was very attentive to our needs!

Relaxing property

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was clean, well equipped, 5 min walk to the beach & in a quiet neighbourhood. This complex is in a very quiet area of Pompano Beach. Our condo owner was very efficient at getting back to us either by phone or email when we had questions. She resolved any issue very very rapidly. (We only had 1 minor issue with a beach umbrella) The condo complex was well maintained...lots of palm trees & flowers. (Lots of wildlife with lizards of all colors and sizes) Although the pool water was clear & clean with enough clorine, the pool area maintenance could be upgraded as we found on a couple of occasions lizard droppings around the pool. Other than that, great place to stay, relax and vacation!

AWFUL and Had To Leave within 24 hours!!!

Nice Manager-VERY poor property.... Dated, gap under and above door that had to be stuffed with towels, NEEDS TO LIST SIZE to description (doors hit each other) toilet not flushing had to repeatedly put hand in tank to flush, poor internet, less than clean, OLD....VERY disappointed and misled!!!

Great location

My cousin and I wanted a few days on the beach without breaking the bank. This was a great solution. The complex was a little loud at times in the evening and it was a no frills stay, but just across from the water and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Owner was very helpful, quick to communicate.

Hidden gem

Hurrican Ian hit the day of our check in. Flight was canceled. We came 3 days later and Neda refunded the 3 days we missed without hesitation. The pictures are quite accurate. The community pool is a nice size. However not as large as it looks in the pics. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room seating. Neda was very responsive to any needs. What a great host! The only negative is the walls are very thin. You can hear everything people talking etc.. The location is really good. There is an on demand taxi service no charge! Great restaurants. Great beach just down the street. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place to rest. No commercial area, but if you don't have a car, there are steel options such as a public bus, Huber, or Circuit free electric car. The condo is well maintained. I would choose it again for a vacation.

Great stay for two people

Neda was a great host and very easy to connect with with any issues we had. The condo had everything the two of us needed for a week including towels, chairs, cooler, and beach umbrellas. It is about a three minute walk from the beach and is very convenient. We only had two issues while staying… one is that the walls are very thin so you can hear other people staying in the condo (but wasn’t an issue at night). Second we went during a very rainy time and there was a lot of issues with flooding on the street and parking lot making it unable to park most of the time. But this is something that is unable to be avoided and the issue was being worked on as we were leaving. Overall a great place to stay for two people and very quite relaxing condo. Neda is a great host and very helpful.

Perfect for Two

Absolutely loved everything . Great little condo for the two of us to relax and get away. Condo had everything you need and having beach chairs, towels and cooler was a bonus. The property is well maintained - pool was lovely and all the others visitors/ residents were very friendly. Close to everything but definitely recommend a car. Last but not least Neda was a great and responsive host. Will definitely book again. Thanks!

We fell in love with Pompano 6 years ago and here we are! The Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse, the sunrises on the beautiful quiet beach, watching the pelicans and the boats on the Intercostal, are some of the things that kept us coming back. The Floranada is a well maintained property in Pompano Beach with beautiful grounds and great amenities such as pool, deck, grills and lush greenery. It is located across from the public beach access and park, walking distance to the Hillsboro Inlet Park and shops, as well as the intracoastal water taxi. It is a nice quiet area without the hustle and bustle of a large resort, yet close to everything you need. We love it here and so will you!
