Located directly across from the Inverloch Surf Beach, this spacious and delightfully renovated house is light filled and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living/dining/kitchen area with beautiful wooden floors and lovely views of the trees. The main bedroom features a queen sized bed with an ensuite, a large walk in wardrobe and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The second bedroom features 2 x tri bunks, a reverse cycle air-conditioner and has a small selection of board games and things for the kids to be entertained. Stairs lead up to the 3rd bedroom in the loft which features a tv and closet.

The open living area contains a flat screen TV with an inbuilt DVD player and a cozy wood fire to enjoy in those rugged coastal winter months.

The living and dining area opens out onto a bright sunny deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ, perfect for your summer night feasts. The well-appointed kitchen features a dishwasher and a microwave and has all that you need to keep your family and friends fed and hydrated after a big day at the beach!

The backyard is fully fenced and has enough space for your children to run around!

An outdoor shower will be the perfect end to your day after your time at the beach and on the water.

Beautiful house minutes from the beach

The house is comfortable, airy and full of light. Comfortable bedrooms, excellent location. We had a problem with wi fi, there was none. Apparently an issue with NBN. Also the big tv didn't work, so we brought the little one from upstairs to the lounge room. The kitchen could do with some more items, like bigger pots to cook pasta. Just an example/suggestion if you have families who cook for growing up boys. Overall, a lovely place.

Terrific position but accom in poor repair

Myself, my adult children, my sister, their partners and my 2 young granddaughters spent a week here and enjoyed the location. However many aspects of the accomodation are in poor repair - weathered and rickety outside settings, lifting decking, missing bolts for ballastrades and doors to the outside that don’t shut. A pity.

Excellent property

We loved the location, across the road from the beach and accessible from both Surf Parade(the busy foreshore road) and Toorak Rd ( the less crowded general road). The large house living area, ample sized back deck and shady garden area gave plenty of choices for relaxation. It was very clean and well appointed. (The only improvement here would be a couple of standard lights for reading on the couchs or in the bunk room). Little extras like a couple of boogie boards, games and books all made for increased options. We all had a lovely time. Thank you.

Fabulous location and a lovely beach house

We had a great time in his house and our dogs loved their stay too, especially the 2 min walk to the beach, incredible. The bed was really comfy, lovely bedding and sheets. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything you needed. Great deck and spacious garden. It is airy and spacious inside and has a great beachy vibe, with fantastic decor. We would stay again and would highly recommend 'Surf Sounds' to our friends and anyone who reads our review. We don't have kids but it is fabulously set up for kids and everything has been thought of. Thank you!

Disapointed

First you can't unlock the door without wiggling the key for 5 min. Security door fell on us as we opened sliding door, can't open any windows no fire woods and evenings were cold , for 6 people there were two half rolls of toilet paper, spider webs hanging and so on. For $400+ per night you would expect at least clean and warm place.
