We have recently undertaken an amazing extension and created a well integrated spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home over 2 levels.
The house can accommodate 10 people and would ideally suit 2 or more families with flexible bedding arrangements from singles to kingsize. We have been careful to ensure that all 5 bedrooms are spacious (with built ins) and airy. Driftwood is set in an idyllic Central Coast location, close to several beaches, shops, cafe's and restaurants. The house has easy entry and parking via the driveway and has great views of the headland, ocean, beach and valley from the expansive decks, living areas and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. There is easy access on site parking for 3 cars.
The modern kitchen has Miele appliances and is well stocked with cutlery, pots, pans and crystal wine glasses. There is also a coffee machine and a microwave available for use.
The two large outdoor timber decks have glass railings and each spacious deck is around 50 square metres, making them ideally suited to outdoor living. Shade is provided via an electrically operated Vergola. The property has a Weber gas BBQ and a Weber charcoal BBQ as well as a great range of outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation.
The main bathroom is ultra modern and has a freestanding bath and separate shower. The ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom is also brand new as is the third bathroom. An additional rumpus room with its own private deck can be used as a second TV area, study or children's play area. The internal laundry has a top loading washing machine and a dryer.
Copacabana has its own shopping village and is also conveniently located close to both Avoca and Terrigal.
There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room including bedrooms and a wood fired heater to the main living areas.
There is also a bar fridge.
