Ready for a beachside holiday to remember? This newly painted and decorated, retro, family beach home is light-filled, and located only an 80m walk from the beach. Step out onto the driveway and view the crystal clear waters of Anderson Inlet beach.
This beautiful home has recently undergone a partial refurbishment including fresh new paint and brand-new furniture throughout the living, dining, and bedroom spaces.
The house features 3 bedrooms, all with new quality comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms (newly renovated in 2021) which are all located down the hall from the main living area. This ensures a perfect night’s sleep for the kids while mum and dad enjoy the balmy summer's night with a drink on one of the property's outdoor decks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, large fridge and microwave and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer conveniently for your use.
The large backyard is perfect for the kids to play and run and there is a large amount of space in the backyard to store your boat, jet skis, push bikes and kayaks.
Garages not available for guest use.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.
