About this property

Holiday home with fantastic deck and views

Well situated holiday home with uninterrupted lake views. All amenities (Hotel, Cafe, shop, school) within 5 min walking distance including lake.

Sleeps 8 with an additional (double) sofa bed . Plenty of off street parking for boat, or space for tent. Please note, the cost is for 4 guests, any additional guest may incur an extra fee.

2 bedrooms (master - queen bed), 2nd bedroom with double bunk and single above it. Loft bedroom (accessible by attic ladder as shown in photos), 3 single beds.

Large private deck surrounded by Native bush with stunning lake views and BBQ.

Clean and tidy with newly renovated kitchen.

Great log burner which heats up the whole house when needed.

Own linen (sheets, tea towels, towels) required, rubbish to be taken away from the property and cleaning when departing or additional costs will incur.

Cleaning can be arranged for an additional $70

Basic Sky TV package included

Moana holdiay home

This home did not have a lock on the front ranch slider, and therefore the security of the house was lacking. The house had a log burner for heating, but we did not use that as we were out of the house, during daylight, most days and it would have been unsafe to have that alight in our absence. The only other heating was a stand alone heater, which was barely adequate when the temperature went to minus 1 degree. The house could do with a spruce up.

Great views, nice deck

Fantastic views from the large deck, some minor maintenance issues. Had issues with the bunkroom smoke alarm going off all the time. Minor roof leak adjacent to dining table. lots of guttering/ downpipe leaks

Girls trip

Work lovelies having a wee break away. Absolutely loved the place, central and worked for our purpose. The view was next level and the process was easy. Only thing was the refuse being closed when we wanted to drop of stuff. That is nothing to do with the place! Hands down would visit again. Thank you!

Views and warmth

My group of friends had a great stay. The house is cozy and well equipped and it keeps the warmth with no need of heating overnight. The views are fantastic. The single beds and bunks are not great but good enough to have a good rest and more than fine for kids. I would definitely stay again. Great base to hike around the region.

Swim Weekend

Moana is a great location for openwater swimming. We were somewhat disappointed with the property. It presents as being rather 'tired' which is fine but elements of the house need a good clean up eg; kitchen drawers where cutlery and dinnerware are stored and cobwebs 'decorating' some places on the ceilings and walls..
