Our 3 kids loved having our own pool, so much that we only went to main pool one time. The cottage is nicely decorated and has plenty of space for everyone.With the cottage being self sustaining, be prepared to have your own toiletries, laundry soap (you'll need it), dishwasher tabs, and dish soap. You are given a welcome kit, but it won't last if you are there more than 2 days. We have stayed before, so we were prepared knowing this, but there is a Target and Dollar Tree, close by if you need to grab some essentials. The unit does need a broom or vacuum to clean/vacuum up the floors and a kitchen towel should be provided as well. Overall, amazing place and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Cottage away from home

Loved the atmosphere!!! House was everything we expected and more. Only issue we had was that someone had an Egg-roll fight in the pool prior to our arrival. There was cabbage and carrots, parts of wrap floating in the pool and all over the deck. We had to request 2x for a proper cleaning. Would stay again however !

Great place

The place was clean and ready when we arrived. We did, however, reach out to the property manager several times to see about adding a day to our stay and no one ever got back to us. This was very frustrating as we were coming in from out of town and a lot of things needed to be changed if we were going to add another day. So, we had to wait until the last minute to confirm our itinerary as we were waiting for a response. Would definitely recommend the resort but there are plenty of cottages to rent so we probably would not rent this particular one again simply because of the property manager being unresponsive.

Family Vacation on Surf Street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Margaritaville was an absolute surprise! The resort and hotel were beautiful and the service was great! Our waterfront vacation rental was very nice and would consider renting again. The private pool and hot tub are a must have and the house was comfortable and provided most amenities you would want with a vacation home! The home could have used a few things like nicer blankets on the beds (they were not nice or comfortable) and some basic kitchen items like a can opener and pizza cutter. These are pretty basic items that we needed and were not in the home. One issue that did arise and was a disappoint is we had requested the pool to be heated and upon our arrival it was not so we were unable to use the private pool for the first two days as it was too cold which was highly frustrating. Also - one other complaint were the floors. While they looked clean - they were not! If you walked around the house barefoot your feet would be filthy!! Overall - I would recommend this vacation rental and would stay here again!

Fantastic Home for Families

The private pool, spa and close proximity to resort amenities and to local theme park attractions make this house a great rental property. My family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and the cleanliness and comfortability of every room. The balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub were visited often! Loved the illuminated palm tree.
