Beach House with 2 Suites and 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Ceiling Fans, 2 Freezer, 1 Duplex Refrigerator, 1 Stove 4 Mouthpieces and 1 High Pressure Cooker 2 Mouthpieces, Microwave, Suites with Frigobar, 1 TV in the Room, and TV Suites, Barbecue, Crockery, Dishes and Cutlery. The condominium has a caretaker and has norms of use of the common area and Swimming pool. You have a warning to everyone's knowledge. No sound car is allowed inside the condominium and only small animals are released, which can not be used in the condominium.

Descanso e Contemplação

Uma excelente cominação de beleza e tranquilidade. A casa estava totalmente limpa e organizada no momento em que chegamos. Fomos recebidos pelo caseiro, que é um senhor extremamente prestativo e agradável. Ele nos deu todas as orientações e se disponibilizou a apoiar em qualquer eventualidade, o que foi muito útil. A casa fica em uma localidade que não possui comércio próximo suficiente para ir a pé, é válido levar itens que considere importantes para evitar saídas de carro para compras. Entretanto, existe um depósito de bebidas que faz entregas no local e uma mercearia que entrega alguns itens alimentares por preços razoáveis e com tempo de entrega bom. Se você deseja acordar e em um minuto estar caminhando na praia é o imóvel certo para você. Ou se preferir algo mais relaxante, pode tomar seu café da manhã na varanda apreciando a vista do mar. Ponto alto do imóvel. A piscina também é uma boa pedida caso queria se refrescar e relaxar. Ela é tratada diariamente e é bem convidativa. Mesmo em dias quentes, as noites são frescas e confortáveis para o sono. Leve suas roupas de cama, travesseiros e toalhas, pois não estão inclusas. O administrador da casa é um dos mais simpáticos, comunicativos e cuidadosos que já tive experiência. Demonstrou preocupação na manutenção de nosso bem estar a todo tempo e foi muito cortês. Fica aqui meu agradecimento a ele pela hospitalidade e cordialidade. O clima entre os vizinhos (proprietários ou locatários) foi de descontração e colaboração. Ambiente super familiar. Definitivamente retornaria à casa, pelo imóvel em si, pela localização e pelo atendimento do administrador!
