The unit overlooks a tropical landscaped garden from your private porch. Enjoy coffee and/or cocktails on a 12 x 12 gazebo overlooking the intracoastal. Fish from the Intracoastal seawall or on your beautiful private beach. Walking distance to two restaurants/bars and a grocery store is just 1.1 miles away. Most important, you will experience the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every afternoon.

***Boat docks available!! Bring your boat... you may dock you boat in the back with access to electricity and water, and there is enough room for your boat trailer in the front of the property for just $20 p/night!! Watercrafts are also welcome at $15 p/day.

Beautiful & quiet!

My husband & I loved our stay. It was beautiful. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Felt like a second home. Access to private beach was nice & the backyard was as beautiful as the beach with intracostal waters to fish in! The host was very nice & available whenever needed! Very quiet & peaceful. Very nice area overall. Houses were beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!!

Family Beach Vacay

Charming

Just three nights but so enjoyable. Very peaceful with just one narrow road past the house so no noise and fumes. The garden with a gazebo overlooking the intracoastal was so pretty with birds, butterflies and tiny lizards adding to the feeling of peace. Millie was in to visit us just once to check that all was well and see if there was anything we needed. We said the only thing lacking was an electric kettle ! But we realize that might be just an English need, haha. Towels and beach chairs provided, too.

Beautiful backyard and easy beach entry

The hosts were great and were available if needed. The porch and gazebo were great at night to relax and fish off the dock. The beach is right across the street and private compared to the main public entrance of the beach. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful vacation.

We had a great time. Weather was good, saw beautiful sunsets, backyard was very pretty. Our unit was very well equipped, and even had beach umbrellas and chairs and beach towels! We hope to come back next year.

Everything was as stated and sitting in the screened in porch was so stunning looking out at the landscaping with the intracoastal in the background. The apartment itself was not huge but we spent most of the day on the beach anyway and it suited us with lovely furnishings and very clean. We intend on returning as we lost 2 days because of the hurricane but before that the weather was great. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect

We loved our stay here! This property was perfect for us! The backyard is so tropical and beautiful. We did some fishing on our dock on the Intercoastal. The private beach was about a 3 minute walk across the street. The rental was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Millie was so nice and even took the time to show us around the property when we arrived. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Great place and great host

The apartment was great! Super clean and well maintained. Beautiful property. 3-minute walk to the private beach as well as access to the canal at the backyard. The host was very nice and helpful. Millie was answering our questions within literally 1 minute! Thank you very much again, Millie!

Perfect get away!

Property was great for me and my husband. Back yard is on the sound (ICW) and landscaping was beautiful with the gazebo for watching boats cruising by and watching for dolphins (saw one), and just relaxing having a beer before bed. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets were beautiful. The drum circle on the beach at sunset on Saturday and Wednesday were an added bonus. We had a perfect week. We loved everything about the property and we are jealous it’s not ours. We went deep sea fishing and caught a bonnet shark, saw a sea turtle coming up for a swim and went back in the ocean. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Millie Bevines duplex on Casey Key. We will definitely go back for a visit. This place deserves 10 stars.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful few days here. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful! Loved having morning coffee in the gazebo and watch my husband fishing from the dock. Access to the beach is very convenient and the beach was not crowded at all. Enjoyed the Drum Circle at Nokomis Beach and watching dolphins at the North Jetty, both just a short distance away. Millie was awesome! Gave us a tour inside and out shortly after we arrived, answered immediately when I texted her for some info and lives next door so is easily reachable. Would not hesistate recommending this cottage - it's a winner!

Great Location with Private Beach Access

Owners were friendly and welcoming. The house is very clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels and coolers. The beach is right across the street with private access. We enjoyed using the backyard with the beautiful view, a great place to hang out and the watch the boats traveling on the intercoastal waterway. Hope to stay here again!

I am a native Floridian, that lived most of my adult life in Tampa Florida. My husband's parents had a beach house in Casey Key and he introduced me to this secluded piece of paradise. We were fortunate to permanently move to Casey Key and subsequently purchased this duplex a year later. What we loved most about this property is its tropical backyard right on the Intracoastal and the private beach right across the street. It is truly a beautiful place that I am sure, you too, will fall in love with!!

What make this property unique is the outdoor space. Beautiful tropical backyard with private beach easement. Also you are only sharing space with one other family compared with the typical motels on Casey Key.

What makes this property unique

The duplex is located right next door to our home. We live in Casey Key all year round so we will be able to give you on-site service.

The boat dock (with electricity and water provided) is directly behind the property with room for your boat trailer in the front.

A 12 x 12 furnished gazebo in the backyard overlooking the intracoastal.

Best of both worlds... private beach access and you are on the intercostal waterways.
