Great 1 bedroom condo right on the beach with spectacular views and recent updates. Clean, safe, secure with full time care taker. Unit sleeps 4 with sofa sleeper. Refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning in bedroom, stove, air fryer, blender, kitchen ware and kitchen utensils are included. pool, fitness room, and barbeque area are available at the property. Vehicle is recommended. The village of Taiba is approximately 50 miles from the airport in Fortaleza. Sunny, breezy, and 85 degrees most of the year.

This property is right on the beach and within a 20 minute beach walk or 5 minute car ride to the fishing village of Taiba. You will find it to be very private, quiet, and peaceful with the beach practically to yourself.
