This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code is emailed to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo.

There are (8) pool bands in the condo. Instructions on how to access beach chairs, beach gate access code, internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

This condo is located in Tower 3-901. Beach chairs included and are seasonal March 1 to October 31. Free Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Long Beach Resort is well known for the best floor plans on the beach! All rooms have Gulf Front View with floor to ceiling windows as does the living room and dining room. The primary bedroom and guest room with queen beds share an over-sized balcony. The second primary suite overlooks the Lagoon Pool and has its own private balcony. Each bedroom has it's own full private bath with garden tub/shower combination! Fresh and clean! Fully stocked kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. Conveniently located for quick access to shopping, restaurants and amenities. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach! Over 1300 lineal feet of sugar sand beach front!

The Lagoon Pool is located between Towers 2 and 3. The Polynesian pools are heated and are located between Towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Each of the 3 pools has a hot tub. There is beach access from each tower. There are charcoal grills on the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

The resort has 24/7 security and is fully gated at the street and the beach.

Christmas Vacation with Friends

We really enjoyed it our time at this condo. It is beautifully decorated. We loved the 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Everyone had their own space. This condo is in a perfect location close to everything. Beautiful grounds also. The kitchen was stocked better than any I have ever been in. We plan on visiting it again.

Great condo, well equipped kitchen, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas a plus. Only suggestion all tubs/shower combinations are garden tubs only one had a safety bar, other two need a safety bar to help get in and out especially for seniors.

Best Condo!

I will say I was leery renting a high rise condo during the week of July 4th. However this 9th floor condo was perfect. Very roomy, clean, nicely decorated, and a perfect view. Very close to everything. Elevators were on point every day! The Tiki bar at the pool has the best loaded potato fries!! We will stay here again!! Thank you for allowing us to stay and your hospitality ; )

The view was beautiful. The location was perfect. The unit was very large. Only complaint was the floor was dirty when we got there. I mopped it several times but we still walked around with shoes or socks the whole week. But would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean/beach views.

Condo was awesome, clean and was as advertised. We lovedd the layout , with plenty of room for us to stretch out and relax with plenty of room for our family group of 6 adults. Tons of closets and cabinets spaces. Plenty of towe, wash cloths, kitchen towels, dishes, glasses, flatware, and cookware. Very nice large size washer and dryer, large screen tv in the living room. The only issue we had was that the tv in one of the master bedrooms , we couldn't get it to work. The tv would turn on but couldn't change the channel. We mostly watched tv in the living room so not a huge deal for us. I would rate this as 9.75 out of 10. We would love to stay here again!!!!

Love the location of the property and the condo was very nice! Could have been a little cleaner as there was sand on the couch and some surfaces but other than that was very pleased and we would definitely stay again! Also, under the couch cushions were very dirty!

Truly exceptional in all aspects of this rental - from breathtaking balcony views (all bedrooms) - beautiful contemporary/modern decor that gives the impression of having been done by an expert - extremely comfortable beds - big screen TVs mounted on every wall - lots of cabinet space - with great kitchen and dining areas. This was our second year staying at Long Beach. This was our first year staying in this unit. It was absolutely fabulous! I would highly recommend this unit. Beautiful views, elegant decorating, everything you need and the owners are just a phone call away. Loved our stay!

Perfection Personified

Been traveling to Panama City Beach during the past 10 years to attend the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Best accommodations by far. This combined with the extraordinary views of the Atlantic Ocean, from virtually every room, made this a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience. We'll be back!

Great location poorly maintained

Main door wall needed two people to open door every time it was so hard to open, master bedroom door wall would not close or lock, dishwasher broke, TV remote looked chewed by dog or child and remote to TV itself had dead batteries, stove top light burnt out on microwave. Spent too much money for a property in this condition.

Though we checked in 2 days late due to weather, my family and I loved the property. Vacation 2022

Everything was very well cleaned. The owners were very sweet and helpful when I have a problem with the internet and got right over to have it fixed. I would highlight recommend to anyone. Very kid friendly as in the pool was great for kids and there was 3 if you also wanted time away with the kids. The beach was a straight shot no having a long walk or having to go over a Pier.

Worst vacation ever

To start with check in was 4pm we got in room at 5:30pm beach closed at 10pm no one told us that one elevator working entire stay and it quit with us in it once the room was nasty upon arrival we spent 2 hours cleaning before we could relax sawing and hammering all hours of the night working on another unit the hostess and her husband were no help at all just blamed everyone else for everything that was wrong took no responsibility of their own very unprofessional husband bill said they would rebut any bad review we give them all at same time cussing like a sailor they told us we were the second people to rent that unit but they have 41 reveiws going back to 2019 so i recommend if you see the name maureen neiland or barefoot beach rentals i would not stay at any of their propertys ever again
