It is a beautiful, renovated holiday home. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Situated in the small, peaceful village of Munxar in Gozo.This home has been renovated in such a way that its original features have remained intact but with a twist of modern luxury, in order to make one s holiday a memorable and comfortable experience.
It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms with ensuite. Fully airconditioned with a pay per use system. A/C is suitable for both cooling and heating. Free Wifi.
On ground floor one finds a sofa room (sofa can be converted to a sofa bed) where one can relax and unwind. Walking through the corridor, one finds him/herself in the spacious combined living room and kitchen which overlooks the pool and the breathtaking valley view. Also, one finds a bathroom at the ground floor.
Living room has a comfortable leather sofa and cable T.V.. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils together with oven, hob, hood, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and sink.
Pool area has a bbq. sink, outdoor table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. This area is the ideal way to enjoy and experience relaxing moments.
Ceilings are decorated with wooden beams and the thick stone walls and the stone staircases give this home a special and appealing look.
The kitchen and all bedrooms are furnished with good quality, new and modern furniture.
First floor level one finds two bedrooms with ensuite. Main bedroom (double bed), ensuite bathroom has a bath. Other bedroom (2 single beds). Main bedroom overlooks pool area and nature s scenery.
On the second floor one finds another bedroom (2 single beds) which also overlooks the pool and valley view.
Munxar is a quiet village but one can find close by supermarkets and this village is also very close to the town centre. Xlendi bay is only a 5 minute drive away.
At Xlendi bay one can find a number of restaurants specialising in local and mediterrean cuisine. There are ice cream shops, ATM, souvenir shops and a number of other shops. During the summer months, Xlendi is popular for its night life where one can also find a disco night club. There is also the opportunity for water sports.
Bus transport is also available in the village of Munxar.
Munxar village is close to Victoria town centre where there one can find all the services that may be needed.
The island of Gozo is surrounded by amazing beaches, historical sites and museums.
During the summer months one can easily book boat rides to and from Comino island where the latter is very popular for its beaches, such as the famous Blue Lagoon.
Utmost importance is given to cleanliness. Cleaning services are available and included when you stay for 7 nights or more. Extra services come at a cost.
Parking of private vehicles can take place outside the house and along the street. House is equipped with safety features such as smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

We, the owners, live close by to our holiday home and so it is easy for us to help out in any difficulties that may arise and also to give advice on where to find things/places around the island. At the house you will also find a booklet with all the information you may need and also our contact details.

Guests are welcomed by the owners. Owners will give them the key. The owners live close by to the holiday home and so it is easy to help out if anything arises.

For only Late check in: Guests will be sent a code a day before their check in date and they will be able to use this code to open a small locker found near the front door where inside they will find the keys to open the property.
If a cot is required, kindly inform us beforehand.
