The oversized ocean side deck has a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. Grill is on ground level. Current maximum occupancy is for 2 people.
Laundry includes in unit stackable front load washer and dryer combo. Central heating is provided for cool days and nights, and whole house central air conditioning for those hot summer days in Maine. Pedestal fans also available.
SealView is a 5-10 minute walk to beaches: Moody, Crescent, and 5-10 minute drive to Wells Beach and Footbridge Beach. Also a short drive away are Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, and Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm.
Moody Point in Wells is equidistant to Ogunquit and its famous Ogunquit Playhouse Regional Theater, Perkins Cove and Marginal Way, one of New Englands favorite coastal walks; and Kennebunkport, home to Walker's Point, Dock Square with unique shops, fishing charters, whale watching and sightseeing cruises.
