Comfortably accommodates 12 people (10 on beds and 2 on mattresses provided).

The Riviera Del Mar Condominium is facing the beach, with adult and children's pools, kiosk with wifi internet, stereo and barbecue, children's playground, small soccer field and volleyball court (both on natural grass), hiking area, etc. .

The beach in front of the condominium is practically private, with no beach huts in front of the condominium. There are beach huts walking about 200m to either side. The Com Amor beach shack is approximately 400m from the Condominium.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

ATTENTION:
- Electricity and water consumption are charged separately (R $ 1.00 per KWh and R $ 5.00 per m3 of water).

- Cleaning fee of R $ 120.00 (already included in the Carnival package).

- Pets are not allowed.

- We do not allow car sound or any sound in volume that disturbs the rest / quiet of the other owners / neighbors.
