Lovely 1 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps up to 4, situated within a 2006 private condominium. The apartment is set in a peaceful location, yet only a 5 minute walk into Olhos d’Agua, offering shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. For a livelier evening “The Strip” in Albufeira is a 5 minute taxi ride. The condominium provides a large swimming pool, children’s pool and tennis courts set in landscaped gardens. Car not necessary. The apt comprises of:Bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning/heating, and patio door leading to the private terrace and garden. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin. Separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen consisting of oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. All utensils, crockery etc are included. The lounge/dining room has a large sofa bed, TV , and a dining table with 4 chairs. Private parking.

A lovely place in a great area
We have stayed at this wonderful property 2 years running, for 3 months each time [April-July]. We got to know the area so well and we felt so happy there. The well cared for urbanisation is very well situated, set back from the busy part of Olhos de Agua and so very quiet and peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Restaurants with €16 menu for 4 courses + half a bottle of wine! [really good quality food]. Half an hour walk into the busy town of Albufeira or only a 10 minute Uber ride [€6-€8]. 3 fabulous beaches within 10-15 minute walking distance. The apartment balcony overlooks a beautiful wooded area with all types of birds, so lots of birdsong to enjoy [including owls]. This place has it all and I’m sure you’ll love staying there.

Perfect place for us..
Excellent position for us. Ground floor. Sunny available till around 11 to 12 noon. This is applicable to our October visit. Excellent facilities. Looks like a new Washing machine. All other facilities work very well. Excellent ..crockery, cutlery and saucepans. Although plenty of eateries and small supermarkets within reach, we had a car, but of course this is a personal choice. Bus service short walk away. Albufeira its self…bus or taxi ride away..a little too far for us to walk due to our age. Ubers a call away. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would have no hesitation in recommending this Apartment. We would have no hesitation in booking again. Joan is extremely helpful and only a phone call or email away with prompt attention

This property is in a lovely quiet spot close to amenities and within a short distance from the resorts centre. Albufiera is a five minute drive or taxi ride away and has all that anyone would require. This was a return visit for us and we will be looking to stay again in 2024. Thanks Joan for a well equipped apartment in a great location

A place to come back to time and time again
You will love this apartment - it is not situated facing the pool, so it is not overlooked, quiet and peaceful [lots of birdsong]. The large balcony means that it can be accessed from the lounge, kitchen and bedroom. 3 minutes walk from the main road where all of the cafe’s, restaurants and supermarket are situated. 10 minutes walk from 2 beautiful beaches and 20 minutes walk from 2 more stunning beaches [all with great beach bars]. Bus service into Albufeira or Vilamoura only 10 minutes walk away [a bit sporadic] - getting an Uber is just as cheap and this apartment is so well situated that an Uber is always available within a maximum of 10 minutes away. You can walk into Albufeira from here [it will take you about 3 quarters of an hour] but it will only cost you 6-8 euros for an Uber there. Everything you need is here in this apartment for a great stay, English channels on the TV are a bonus. We have booked again for next year, we loved our stay so much.

The property was really good. Very quiet location and the facilities within the condo were excellent. The apartment ID is the letter I as opposed to the number 1 as they are all identified by letter rather than number. Just a bit confusing until we realised this was the case. We could only also receive Portuguese TV channels on the TV.

Conforme à la description. La terrasse ne donne pas sur la piscine. Ensoleillée jusqu'à 11h00 environ.Résidence magnifique. Hypermarché à 10 minutes à pieds. Bonne literie, même dans le salon. Volets roulants. Logement spacieux. Manque des transats pour cet appartement à la piscine. Dans cette résidence, chaque, logement doit avoir ses propres transats.

Super Appartment
Wir waren zu dritt für 12 Tage in diesen Appartment. Der checkin verlief problemlos. Es ist alles da was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, Geschirr und kochutensilien alles genug vorhanden, großer Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, Ofen. Was fehlte war eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Appartment hat einen großen Balkon von mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, Einkäufe und Koffer sind sind in 10 Meter Entfernung ins Apartment gebracht. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Was wir nicht so toll fanden war die Sonnenliegen Situation, für uns als Gäste war nicht klar welche liegen zu unseren Appartment gehören. Es lagen Dutzende Liegen am Pool aber alle abgeschlossen oder mit Namen markiert. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer liessen sich sehr gut abdunkeln so das sie sich tagsüber kaum aufheizten. Die Klimaanlage lief aber auch sehr gut. Was wir negativ fanden war das wir ein großes Ameisenproblem direkt zu Beginn hatten. Wir hatten sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer. Wir mussten uns mit einen Spray aus dem Supermarkt um die Ecke helfen. Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr ruhig. In 3 min Entfernung gibt es eine größere Straße mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Ein Auto ist aber dennoch zu empfehlen um ins Zentrum, in die Altstadt oder zu den Stränden zu kommen da Albufeira doch sehr weitläufig ist. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Appartment, was ordentlich ist und einen erholsamen Urlaub bietet. Würden jederzeit dort wieder unsere Zeit verbringen. Sicher gibt es Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen kann aber dafür wird es zu sehr fairen Konditionen angeboten.

Passamos uma semana fantástica. Óptima localização, perto de tudo e em simultâneo muito sossegado. O apartamento é tal e qual a descrição e a piscina muito boa. Aspecto menos bom apenas as cadeiras da piscina que são marcadas e parece existir grande atrito por conta das mesmas entre os proprietários. Recomendo 👌

O apartamento é bom e tem boas áreas. Local sossegado e piscina agradável. Fui muito bem recebida pelo Terry. :) Precisa de melhorias ao nível das máquinas de lavar na cozinha (louça lava muito mal!) e de alguns complementos como toalha de mesa e talheres ou taças. A ausência de toalheiros e suporte de rolo na casa de banho é um ponto negativo. Mas no fundo, tudo ok.

O apartamento corresponde exatamente ao descrito. Tem boas áreas, a varanda é maravilhosa e está bem localizado numa zona muito tranquila. Estive na terceira semana de Setembro e havia pouca gente, mas imagino que em épocas de maior afluência a zona da piscina seja muito ruidosa e insuficiente, mas nesta altura foi ótimo.

no good for long winter stay, poor equipment for cooking ect. bedding needs updating ,no towel rails. On arrival we inspected Apartment & had to clean under sink unit & behind the WC which had never been touched since built. Felt cold & damp. Sunbeds broken, washer with hole in front due to rust. Cooker Disgusting need I say any more on that Subject. Not good location, down in Barranca. Need car to get around.

Great time for our first visit to Portugal!
Everything was great although we didn't spend much time at the apartment. We went to all the top beaches (new one ever day). The only thing I would suggest is acrylic wine glasses for outdoor di ing and a coffeemaker, we had to buy one. Also there were no amenities like toilet paper, dish soap, dish cloth ,garbage bags, necessities I assumed would be included. We enjoyed our stay and the weather was perfect the 9 days we were there.

Very clean and well furnished property
Good location - quiet but just a short walk from shops, restaurants etc. We'll equipped kitchen and a large patio/balcony area. Parking spaces in front of apartment with a swimming pool and grass area in the centre of the complex. Would definitely stay again.

Nice comfortable property with everything you need.
Nice property, clean and comfortable with morning sun on large terrace. Situated on a small, quiet complex within easy walking distance of the main road which has a good variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops also a good supermarket. (4 stars) As a bit of a hike to the local beaches but this adds to the enjoyment if you like to walk and explore. Would return.

O apartamento é agradável embora a nível de limpeza deixe a desejar. Quando chegamos havia areias em cima da mesa e uma grande quantidade de cabelos presos na vassoura... A nível de utensílios de cozinha, apenas a referir que eram escassos e que os talheres não chegavam para 4. O Wi-Fi existir existia, o que não existia era a password do router. Portanto ainda bem que levamos a nossa internet. Pormenores à parte o local é sossegado e o ambiente excelente. Tivemos que nos deslocar sempre de carro porque fica um pouco recuado mas não nos incomodou. O que nos incomodou e daí resulta a nossa avaliação negativa é que acederam ao interior do apartamento durante a nossa estadia e sem o nosso conhecimento. Não para fazer limpeza pois esse valor foi pago na chegada e cobria a limpeza inicial e as toalhas e lençóis (que não estão incluídos no preço do aluguer, são 50 euros à parte). Entaram para vir buscar uma das camas que não estávamos a utilizar e substituir por outra, o que não teria problema nenhum se nos tivessem dito. Ficamos com a ideia de que não tínhamos privacidade pois poderiam ter acedido ao interior do apartamento mais vezes sem o nosso conhecimento. Olhos de Agua é linda e vamos voltar. Ao apartamento não.
