Sobrado Guaratuba.

Fotografias do mesmo antigas, muito barulho não existe lei do silêncio, ventilação insuficiente e antiga , estragou no penúltimo, muito calor, quartos e banheiros pequenos , melhor espaço da casa o conceito aberto da sala, cozinha e copa apesar de duas janelas que pouco ventilam, por isso necessidade de mais aparelhos de ventilação, colchões limpos e novos, alguns eletro domésticos e móveis precisam ser renovados e as paredes do mesmo precisam de manutenção. Pelo valor cobrado daria para ter uma boa manutenção.

Casa aconchegante e bem localizada.

Excelente casa, com preço módico, bem localizada e muito aconchegante. Acomoda 8 pessoas tranquilamente. Não tem condicionadores de ar, mas não precisa, em razão da brisa e da localização do imóvel em relação ao sol.

EM GERAL BOA

Casa em geral boa, estava com um cheiro de poeira bem forte mesmo com a limpeza antes de entrarmos, tivemos alguns problemas na casa mas o dono da casa deu tudo suporte para arrumar. A garagem é muito pequena, o carro tem que ficar na rua, se não fica muito apertado.

Casa confortável, muito espaçosa e com todas as comodidades possíveis. Ter 3 banheiros sendo 2 com chuveiro é outro ponto positivo. Local privilegiado com muito comércio próximo porém rua bastante calma que privilegiou nossos momentos de sossego.

Casa Terezinha

Casa em ótimas condições, todos os utensílios necessários para passar uma temporada, porém um chuveiro não estava funcionando, mas hospedagem bem receptiva. Esperamos voltar.
