Villa Quercia is an exclusive holiday home for 10 people in Piemonte, Italy. The 265 m2 stonehouse is located in the middle of the vineyards in Calosso just outside Canelli. The villa is new build in 2018 and has stunning views on all sides. The house offers a private 5x14m. infinity pool, unique rustic architecture and Piemontese atmosphere. Maximum 10 people in the house. 5 double rooms, 3 bathrooms
Enjoy the several terraces of the house with the Piemontese hills and the snow-covered Alps in the background. The villa is surrounded by a 13000 m2 wineyard as well as wineyards as far as the eye reaches.
The villa is completely new build in 2018, but uses the old stones from the ruin, which was originally a 300 years old vicarage. This gives the house the traditional rustic piemontese style.

Beautiful Villa
Beautiful property with amazing views. Spacious, clean and well stocked. Definitely need a car in the area. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Recommend taking pictures when you leave. We had an issue with a damage claim but that is on us for not taking photos of how we left the place.

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön bis ins Detail, die Ausstattung mehr als großzügig. Rund um das Haus gibt es sehr viele Ecken in denen man verweilen kann. Pool und Blick sind sensationell. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Dieses Haus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein super tolles Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir durften in einem wunderschönen Haus eine traumhafte Woche verbringen. Das Haus und die dazugehörige Umgebung ist so gemütlich das man die Liegenschaft gar nie verlassen möchte. Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal im Haus und werden sicher wieder kommen

Top of the Top im Monferrato
Die Lage und das Areal um die Villa Quercia ist traumhaft, wie auch die Villa selbst. Um das gesamte Haus sind gemütliche Sitzecken platziert, welche, je nach Sonnenstand, optimal zu nutzen sind. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, Ess- und Wohnbereich sind mehr als großzügig dimensioniert. Die Ausstattung der Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind ebenfalls großzügig dimensioniert und bieten allen Komfort. Fliegengitter sind leider nur in den Schafzimmern vorhanden; eine Erweiterung auf die anderen Zimmer wäre wünschenswert und sinnvoll. "Ein" Sonnenschirm (groß) für den Pool ist definitiv zu wenig, da der Baumbestand leider noch nicht genügend Schatten bietet. Der Infinitypool wäre traumhaft gewesen... Trotz täglicher Reinigung mit dem Pool-Kescher konnte das "vorhandene Problem" nicht behoben werden. Unsere Damen haben den Pool nie genutzt. Nach erfolgter Reklamation kam dann zwar der Poolservice zur Reinigung, konnte das Problem allerdings nicht beheben. Da im Sommerurlaub der Pool für uns von essentieller Bedeutung ist und dieser nur eingeschränkt nutzbar war, können wir keine volle Punktzahl geben.

Beautiful home with stunning views
Absolutely wonderful place. A modern home built with the stones of the ruin that once stood there. Comfortable bedrooms, great open kitchen, dining and sitting rooms for spending time together, lots of beautiful outdoor space, and incredible 360° views of the langhe hills and the alps. We spent two weeks there and our guests just couldn't get over the beauty of the house and the area. We really enjoyed cooking together and sitting around the massive oak table, and then moving to the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit. Booking was smooth and the property manager was very responsive to all our requests. We would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful!
The house is beautiful. The property, outdoor area and pool are all wonderful. We stayed in the Villa for two weeks with our family and loved it and the Piedmont. There are wonderful restaurants in Canalli, and other surrounding towns. The wines are amazing. We had a couple of glitches and Alex (the local caretaker) was extremely helpful in resolving them and finding us a capable and adorable babysitter. We highly recommend this property.

Prachtig gelegen villa in het midden van de wijngaarden met een fenomenaal zicht 360° . De villa is met veel smaak ingericht en biedt alle comfort. Zeer mooi zwembad ook. Hier komen we zeker terug !

Beautiful villa with a view of the Alps
The villa, situated in the middle of a vineyard, was gorgeous, something you might see in Architectural Digest. The bathrooms were brand new and clean. Many of the windows and sliding doors had screens allowing us to let in the fresh air. We had a view of the Alps from all of the windows at the back of the house so that meals at home were always enhanced by the view. The kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to cook and enjoy several meal 'at home'. Cabinets were well stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and even refrigerator food containers. Wifi was easily available and a fire place inside and fire pit outside added to the ambience of the villa. We were there with 3 other couples and everyone totally enjoyed our stay there. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the area.
