Masai Mara - Enjoy the Country in Luxury

This comfortable, contemporary styled residence is a spacious one storey house with five bedrooms including queen and king single beds, plus three bathrooms and a separate toilet and shower.

The modern furnishings throughout present various spots to relax and unwind including a childrens retreat, at one end of the house, with its own cosy lounge and TV. The separate open plan living area has a more formal lounge with DVD/CD, open modern kitchen and dining area all incorporating stylish leather seating and elegant glass tables. This leads out to a paved courtyard with an outdoor setting and a barbeque perfect for al fresco dining. There is a also a table tennis table stored in the garage for guests use.

As its name suggests, Masai Mara is scattered with tasteful paintings, photos and ornaments influenced by the owners love of the impressive African Game Reserve and its inhabitants, the Masai people. The house is surrounded by a luscious expanse of green lawns, which is the perfect spot for a game of boulles or to soak up the natural serenity looking over the native bush land. The property also has a small dam with a pontoon where guests can dangle their legs and gaze at the resident ducks. The property is situated in a very quiet and private spot, whilst being ideally located close to the beach and Berry, which offers plenty to do including markets, shops and cafes.

* TV reception: the "Rumpus" room has TV reception, but there is no TV reception in the "formal" lounge room.

Beautiful property and it was well maintained.

For a weekend with torrential rain I wasn’t able to enjoy the outdoors much. Although it is a beautiful property. I commend the owners and the property managers for keeping it so well kept. The only negative was a stench coming out of the laundry. I think the properties draining System needs a maintenance clean. Otherwise I thank you for allowing your house to be my home for the weekend hence why I left it cleaner when I left than when I arrived!

Perfect stay

Great house for large family group, including grandchildren. Three separate lounge areas, plenty of room to relax in comfort surrounded by huge grounds and tree surrounds. Table tennis in the garage was a hit. Definitely will book again.

lovely house beautiful surroundings

The property was in an awesome location close to Berry and only a few minute drive to 7 mile beach.The surroundings were beautiful . The house was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay plus more ! We would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group as there is plenty of room to spread out and not have to be on top of each other .

Lovely property, lovely location

As a group of girlfriends we've been having annual weekends away for the last 20 years or so. Masai Mara was definitely one of the best places we've stayed. Beautifully decorated, clean, well-equipped. Only a five/ten minute drive to beaches, Berry, Gerringong, wineries. Just a lovely place to stay.

Wonderful stay at Masai Mara in beautiful Berry.........we loved the African theme!

Masai Mara at Berry was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the African theme throughout the house, it was sparkling clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pond and fountain were a great feature, we loved strolling around the property and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The house had a great view from every room especially the family room/kitchen area. We loved venturing into nearby Berry enjoying the local cafes and restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend staying at Masai Mara in beautiful Berry!

Awesome!!!

We stayed at the Masai Mara as a group of 10 for a girls weekend away. The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is a little bit out of town, so it's quiet with beautiful views. I would definitely go and stay there again.

Beautiful property

We loved Masai Mara! Not as secluded as it looked in the photos but big space the house was massive had heaps of bedrooms and even a closet with board games and sombrero hats the the amenities you need like tea an code an sugar ect and so beautiful an close to 7 mile beach. Only thing is the dog that visits regularly sheds ALOT of hair so if ur eating outside an walk inside the hair easily makes its way inside even with wiping your feet on the Mat but apart from that the dog was super cute didn't bother anyone just casually hung around and wandered definately would come back to this place amazing amazing place!!

Amazing stay

The house was huge and very clean and spacious. Beautiful grands and just a 5min drive to Berry. Lots of living space and was very accomodating to the 10 adults. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

A Great Venue

There was 8 "Oldies" on this trip and the layout for the group was fantastic with the living area in one section and the bathrooms and sleeping in another. this was the best set up that we have experienced in a long time

Beautiful !!!

Wonderful house. Absolutely immaculate and spotless. Had everything our group of 9 women needed. The gas heating was brilliant this time of year. Would definitely recommend Masai Mara, and look forward to staying there again. The added bonus was the neighbours beautiful Labrador, Sally, who would come to visit daily (and nightly!!)
