Walford Lodge 9 is an affordable beachside unit located on the third floor (walk up) less than 100m from the golden sands of Tugun Beach.

The unit offers 3 bedrooms - master with queen bed and ensuite and second and third bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, ensuring your stay is cool and comfortable.

The unit offers a bright, open lounge room complete with comfortable furnishings that leads through to your private balcony with ocean glimpses.

The fully equipped kitchen dishwasher has all you need for cooking on holidays, or enjoy eating out at one of the trendy cafes or restaurants nearby.

The spacious main bathroom offers walk in shower, toilet and internal laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Walford Lodge 9 is ideal for an affordable beachside holiday in the heart of Tugun with a whole range of cafes, restaurants, shops and conveniences on your doorstop. Tugun beach offers great conditions for swimming and surfing and there's also the Oceanway Path which offers a long, flat and very scenic walk along the coast in either direction.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 12 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we could of needed and the location was fantastic. The only down side is ni air-conditioning. The first week was hard to sleep as it was so humid day and night. But other than that it was nearly perfect.

Everything is great except for the check out process. This is the first time in my experience that the property key needs to return by travelling to another suburb. If the key can return in a lockbox near the property would be great!
