The top level features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with an east-facing balcony offering beautiful breezes and a glimpse of the ocean. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge, and a generous gas oven and cooktop. Enjoy views of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland from the kitchen windows, along with stunning sunsets while preparing meals.
On the middle level, you'll find two bedrooms and a main bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite, large wardrobe, and a deck. The second bedroom offers two single beds and convenient two-way access to the main bathroom, which features a relaxing bathtub.
The ground level includes an entryway with a remote-controlled double garage, as well as a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Villa Vista is an ideal choice for small families or groups of friends seeking a truly relaxing beach side getaway.
