Amazing location, been visiting Sawtell for 32 years and it doesn’t get any better than this spot. Very spacious property, great value - 5 stars. Just leaving feedback for owners there was no regular coffee, sugar or salt & not enough toilet paper for the 3 days but this doesn’t change that we would love to stay again as it’s such an amazing spot.

This is a fabulous apartment in an ideal location. Wonderfully equipped and built to enjoy a breeze. We loved walking out the back door onto the beach. Everything was so handy. Parked the car for the week and walked to shops, restaurants and beach. This was our first visit to Sawtell and it is certainly a very beautiful place and had everything we need for a relaxing holiday

The space has been tastefully renovated and it is very clean, with great quality linen, furniture and kitchen equipment, as well as 2 outdoor spaces. There is a couple of flights of stairs to navigate with luggage but absolutely no issue for us. Then there is the location! 2 minutes walk to Sawtell Beach and a 5 minute walk to the main need to even use the car! Recommended and we would definitely stay again on future trips to Sawtell.

Nice views from up high and good privacy from being on the top floor, with access to the beach perfect and the main street just a short walk away. Kitchen and dining areas are well laid out and the bathrooms look like that have been newly renovated with quality fittings, good water pressure and a nice hot shower.A disappointment was the lounge room with a cheap two-seater lounge and small cane chairs, that should probably be outside, overall, not very comfortable or relaxing, particularly if there are six people staying.Also, the TV was small and with four remotes to operate the accessories was too complicated, probably could have just one big smart TV with all the usual apps, Kayo, Netflix etc. accessible on it.The main bedroom could do with a new king size bed and mattress and adding a TV would make it complete. There are great open decks on the east and west however these are let down by only having hard wooden chairs when they could have comfortable relaxing outdoor settings to enjoy the sun and views.Lots of stairs, so would not work for someone with a dodgy knee. Also, the single garage is very tight, unlikely to fit a big 4WD in there.Overall, a great property and location let down by some poor furniture choices, unlikely to stay again until these are addressed.
