10 days went too fast

The grounds were beautiful. The surroundings around the pool were very unique. The pictures didn’t show the updated bath and that was a nice surprise. A bit of extra noise coming from the mall behind the unit.

Tropical retreat!

Lovely two bedroom condo in a fabulous tropical environment surrounded by lush garden like setting topped-off by a really large pool....what more can a visitor ask for?

First Time in Puerto Vallarta

This property was in good shape. The people in the complex were friendly and helpful, especially the security staff. Shopping was close to hand and we enjoyed the pool immensely.

Awesome Condo

1st time to P.V and great property and accommodation. We faced the back of a shopping mall which was super convenient for groceries etc but the exhaust fan is ridiculously load and ran till 8pm every bloody day and was annoying. The grounds are amazing, great pool and good area for restaurants and only a short cab ride to the Malacon so depending on what you are looking for property is centrally located. Owner is easy to communicate with, its furnished nice love all the kitties 😸

I rented this condo as the photos online were just charming and depicted it perfectly. We also loved the lush landscaping and stunning pool area. Carolina not only provided excellent information, but she was immediately responsive to all my questions both before and after the booking. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning. Taxis were easily available at the entrance of the complex. Octavio was there to greet us and was there at our departure. It was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and first time using VRBO. I would love to visit again one day.

Très beau séjour au Condo Marbella

Nous avons fait un séjour de 13 nuits au condo de Carolina. La première chose qui me vient en tête au sujet du condo est la propreté des lieux…c’est très propre. Les lits sont super confortables. La douche n’est pas comme sur les photos de l’annonce elle a été refaite et c’est très réussi et pratique. La cuisine est équipé pour 4 personnes et fonctionnelle. Je me dois de mentionner que le balcon du salon est situé vers l’arrière de la plaza Caracol c’est très bruyant. Le bruit commence a 05h30 le matin et s’atténue vers 21h30 le soir. Impossible de s’assoir dehors sur le balcon et la porte patio doit demeurer fermer car on s’entend pas parler. C’est très agressant comme bruit. Carolina est au courant et elle a déjà fait les démarches auprès de Marbella pour régler le problème. Le condo est à proximité de tout, Plaza Caracol qui a une épicerie Soriana et plusieurs autre magasins, il y a plusieurs restos à distance de marche aussi. A la fin de notre séjour, Carolina est venu au condo et j’ai bien apprécié notre rencontre. Malgré le bruit nous avons apprécié notre séjour et je vous le recommande si vous voulez un endroit très propre et très bien situé avec une hôte qui est à votre écoute.

It was great - awesome pool, everything we needed

This was our first time renting a condo vs staying at a resort and we had everything we needed for a good stay and time. The grocery store Soriana is in the mall just behind the building about a 5 min walk or less and it has lots of everything you need to cook your own food - fresh veggies especially. Love the proximity of the condo to the mall and grocery store. Inside the condo it was clean and cozy and had Mexican charm. The landscaping around and all the palm trees were beautiful and I especially loved hearing the birds chirp every morning at 7 on the dot, opening up the balcony door and cook breakfast and drink coffee while hearing the sounds as the sun came up. The shared condo pool was beautiful and well taken care of - lots of retirees come here it seems. The bathrooms off the pool are super clean too, we were happy with this condo building, we’d come back asap! Carolina was easy to communicate with, we met with Octavio to let us in and check us out as well and he was very friendly. It was a great time and we’d be back! Dani and Steve from Canada

Hidden Oasis

Had a fantastic time. The pool is like a hidden oasis away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's about 20 minutes from the busy downtown area by cab/uber so keep that in mind when booking. Much quieter part of PV which we enjoyed, also very close to Soriana and cheap eats. Great hosts, very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend!

Clean, spacious condo

We enjoyed our stay at Condo Isabel very much. The space was very clean and spacious. Carolina was very responsive to messages. Check in was quick and easy. The property is very lush and the pool is clean and not over crowded. There is lots of shopping close with a large supermarket next door. We would love the opportunity to stay again.

The condo was great, clean and the property manager was quick to respond to issues. I would have given the property a 5 rating overall but the noise from the mall was very annoying so I can only give a 4. Some guests may not notice it but we did.

A nice Oasis in Puerto Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carolina's instructions and rapid responses made our arrival and check-in easy. The apartment was clean, secure, and quiet. Our children enjoyed the lovely pool on a daily basis. The vegetation of the property creates a very cool and quiet Oasis when weather gets hot. We enjoyed the location being somewhat removed from the bustle of old town and walking distance to a few grocery stores for gathering our cooking needs. It was an easy short cab or bus ride anywhere in old Town or beyond. The beach was just a ten minute walk. The property staff were friendly and most welcomng and helped us with our questions and navigation. I would highly recommend this rental.

In 1999 I moved to Puerto Vallarta where I worked in the food & beverage industry and the hotel industry. During that time, I enjoyed life by the sea to the fullest and a community of friends of different nationalities. At the moment I live part of the year in Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta where I renew energy for these 2 beautiful cities and I enjoy sharing the secrets and beauties of it with our guests.
I really like to enjoy my surroundings, travel, gastronomy with friends, nature, architecture. I am attracted to utilitarian objects design and Mexican crafts, especially ceramics and textiles. I like to discover other cities and care for nature, I support local consumption and organic farming.

It is thought to be a cozy homy place to stay anytime in PV where you can stay relaxed all day or enjoy by the pool.
