New home built 2018

A view that will leave you breathless over looking Lake Taupo and looking straight at the beautiful mountains.

4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 - super king bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 2- double bed
Bedroom 3- queen bed
Bedroom 4- queen bed

Work still not completed outdoors so not a pretty as it will be.
Not yet fenced in all areas.

3 minute drive to Whakaipo Bay (great for swimming)
8 minutes to a cafe and shops
15 minutes to Taupo town.
Off Mapara road often cycled for event training

Off road parking for up to 3 cars or 2 cars and a boat.

1 cat will be at the property will have access only to garage. We may ask for food to be topped up depending on length of stay.

A pet dog is negotiable :)

The house wowed us as soon as we drove up the drive. Everything clean & tidy & even a nice little welcome note for us. Stunning views. Out of town but not too far. Overall an excellent stay & would recommend to anyone.
