About this property
SHORES REACH - 250m to Waihi Beach.
Our family home is well presented. A large open plan living area with flow to the outdoor deck area with a movable roof, roll up & down sides on a fully fenced section. The beach is 1 block, an easy 2 minute walk to enjoy the sun, sand & surf of Waihi Beach. A 5 minute walk to the Flat White Cafe & Wedding Venue & Brighton Road Playground. A 10 minute walk to the Local Village, the Waihi Beach RSA & the Waihi Beach Hotel & Bistro.
There are 2 identical accommodation wings off either side of the main living area. Each wing has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with 4 built in single bunk beds. Each wing has their own indoor bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and vanity plus a private outdoor shower.
Unlimited WIFI Fibre, 55" Smart TV, Sky TV and Sound System.
All bedding, bath towels, liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner provided.
Outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ provided.
Spa Pool freshly filled and heated for every booking.
