Gated single-story new construction in a beautiful mature neighborhood. Cook in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen with top of the line finishes, relax on our custom queen beds or in our luxurious jacuzzi Hot Tub. The home is nestled away from the street on a 10,000 square foot lot; fully gated, fenced and with to patio decks. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Guest bath is a tub/shower combo while the master bath is a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two leather couches; one of which fully reclines.
High Speed Wi-Fi, 60 inch smart TV, Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, All the comforts of a home. Fully stocked Kitchen for cooking & Baking needs. Patio with eating area, outdoor table and BBQ.

Not as advertised. We only stayed one night.
Need: large house for two nights. Feb 8 for 4 people and Feb9 for 12 . House as furnished could not accommodate nor sleep 12, let alone 16. Listing vs Reality Listing said: “Luxurious Family Friendly new construction Home in beautiful mature neighborhood. Gated single-story new construction …Fully Stocked gourmet kitchen… on a 10,000 sq ft lot, fully “gated, with two patio decks... Sleeps 16” Reality: Home was clean but far from luxurious for VRBO standard, Not New Construction, rather an incomplete re-model. Backyard littered with Paint supplies and building materials ,even on the Jungle Gym. Gray ceramic tile installed throughout the entire house, very cold to feet, no area rugs or carpets. No reading lamps next to any beds, or living area. Bare minimum wall décor. Patio curtains fell to floor. Patio door wouldn’t open “Sleeps 16”?..3 bedrooms (sleep 6), L shaped couch (sleep 2). “Beautiful mature neighborhood”? Empty lot next door with trash and “no trespassing” sign. “ Gated” ? Not what you would think of a “gated” home. 6 ft high large manual fence gate. Bathroom: Small shower pan lip. Water overflowed all over bathroom and bedroom floor when used Very slippery. Used 6 towels to clean floor. Used shower only once. Fully stocked Kitchen. Cabinet had basic food staples. Frig had what looked like leftovers from a restaurant. Could not open cabinet door above frig. Amenities per Listing Towels? Insufficient for 12people, let alone 16 Coffee maker? was for 4 cups, inadequate for even 4 people. Microwave: not there Grill: Not there. Dishes & Utensils: no cutting knives. Games and books? We saw none. Outdoor furniture: We saw none. Patio deck. Unfinished. Unkept lawn and yard area.
