Charming Long Beach Home Near LAX, Beaches

IMPORTANT - READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING This is the perfect location for your Southern California adventure. Centrally located in Long Beach near the 405 & 710 freeways, you will be minutes away from area attractions. Our home is 3 bedrooms: one has a queen size bed, the other two have one double and one twin bed each and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. There are 2 full bathrooms and a full dining area. The living space is open and comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked.

The house is not in a pretty area. It is in a blue-collar neighborhood, very diverse, everyone is friendly. There is a tall brick wall across the street, and it can be scruffy in parts. There is noise at times from nearby rail yards and refinery but it’s not persistent. The streets can be dirty. Most of our guest don't mind the surrounding area, since they are with us for short stays and to enjoy the Southern California attractions, they rate our location 3 or 5 stars.

The house is about 25 minutes from LAX, 10 minutes from Cal State Long Beach and the Long Beach Airport. Long Beach is the perfect area to reach all Southern California amazing attractions. Easily get to the Queen Mary and the Aquarium of the Pacific or the Dignity Health Stadium. You can reach Downtown LA or Disneyland with a 30 minute drive.

Great property. Neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Some great neighborhood restaurants/taco trucks. Close to freeway and only 13 minutes from the convention center.

Was a great location and nice layout for our family when we came from Seattle to our daughter's wedding. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with everything we needed to complete our meals. Don't let the proximity to the tracks deter you. It was quiet. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Good value and comfortable stay
Nicely decorated home with everything our family of 4 needed during our 3 night stay. We needed a central location to look at colleges in the area for our son and also to have family in the area meet for Christmas dinner. There is a driveway that we could fit cars in during the dinner. The one thing I would note is that the house is right next to train tracks and a port for deliveries, so there a lot of noises.

The house and neighborhood were well-described. We felt safe in this family-centered community. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only hiccup for us was the noise of the air conditioning units. It was pretty warm during our stay, which made having them running at night a must. The house was close to the highway and stores which was perfect for us.

Very accommodating family with a clean house! It was easy to contact Ivette as she always answered within a few hours. Pictures are very accurate. My family enjoyed our stay at their house, especially the fruit trees.

Owner was very nice, property was true to pictures. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
We had a great experience with our stay. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Sprinklers broke, and she adviced me that it was, that they would get it fixed after our stay so they wouldn’t disturb us. Neighbors were very friendly. Over all we enjoyed our stay and possibly come back next year

the pictures are accurate and on point, i love how they found the right angle for the outside patio picture. everything was lovely it was very easy to communicate with the owner, she and her husband were very sweet. the only reason that it has a 4 star and not 5 is due to the fact that the master shower never "got hot' enough just enough to bare. we also came across a few bugs that may have been due to the fact that its empty alot. lovely fruit trees great stay
