Beautiful Riverfront Home With Private Dock and Stunning Views in Sonoma County!
This renovated and charming River Front home is located on the Russian River in Guerneville in Wine Country, Sonoma and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 living spaces. It has a wonderful cabin aesthetic with original wood paneling through-out, an old-school commercial grade (un-stocked) bar, decorative brass rotisserie, comfy furniture, and a lovely decorative fireplace. It also has all the modern amenities you need: a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high speed WiFi, 2 flat screen TVs, Cable with DVR in the Great Room and a Bose radio to play your favorite tunes.
The seasonal private dock is accessed via (fairly steep) stairs in the backyard and provides easy access to boating, floating, fishing or just lounging on the River with a beach just a quick paddle away in one of the two kayaks. Kayaks are available mid-June through early October.
The spacious deck provides stunning views of the River, Redwood trees, wildlife and beach. It also features a stainless steel propane BBQ and table with seating for 8 people.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven with range top burners, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and microwave oven. It's fully stocked with all the dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, pots and pans you'll need for entertaining your group. You can also walk or paddle to charming downtown Guerneville in about 10 minutes, so it's the best of both worlds!
There is a Boat Room to store river toys and an unfinished seasonal Bonus Room downstairs for additional hang-out space. Two lower level patios offer amazing, expansive views of the River and massive Redwood trees. You just might catch a glimpse of the deer grazing on the beach across the water, a family of ducks floating by, sea otters frolicking, and amazing birds in the trees and soaring above!

The home features a private Riverfront dock with kayaks, expansive deck with propane BBQ overlooking the river and majestic Redwood trees, and is just a 10-15 minute walk into the lovley town of Guerneville.
The local area features hundreds of world-class wineries, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tennis, golf, pee-wee golf and easy access to the stunning California coast just miles away. Armstrong Woods is a 7-minute drive from the house and has amazing hiking trails through the old growth Redwoods. The Coast with numerous stunning beaches is located about 20 minutes from our home.
