We have monthly availability for those who need to get out of the big cities and work from home, relax, and de-stress in beautiful Palm Springs. We offer excellent hi-speed internet for those who are working from home, as well as a work area/desk that can be closed off. There are all the comforts of home with the ability to get out and hike several trails within a mile or 2.

We have enhanced our cleaning with our excellent team...the Zen Maids. We also supply amble amounts of cleaners, soaps, wipes, and sanitizers. There is an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. Please send an inquiry if there are any other questions we can answer for you.

In addition, are pleased to share our latest home renovations. Gone is all the carpet. The condo now has gorgeous tile flooring through out. We've complemented it with rugs and some new art to make it a completely cohesive look. Also, we've expanded the west (mountain facing) patio, added a retractable awning, furnished it with comfortable seating for 4, and added a lush hedge for complete privacy. It truly is an entirely new, extra living space.

Living Area:
The unit has an open floor plan which lends itself to family entertaining and vacation fun! The living room, den, dining room, and kitchen are all open and spacious. The exciting technology offers you a 50” Samsung Smart TV with access to free Netflix, Time Warner cable, and DVR so you can record all of your favorite programs.

Kitchen:
Home chefs will want for nothing in the beautifully stocked kitchen. Everything is brand new! This kitchen has been remodeled from top to bottom. It has high end Frigidaire stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator. It is stocked with Cuisinart small appliances, knives, bake ware, and pots and pans.

Guest Suites:
There are 2 bedrooms; a primary with king bed and en-suite bath and guest room with a queen bed and separate hall bath. Both rooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs and have access to free Netflix for all the latest TV and movie options.

Outdoor Features:
There are 2 patios. Both are furnished with stylish and comfortable arm chairs, a small sofa, and side tables. They are perfect for coffee in the morning with a mountain view or cocktails poolside. It is the perfect location within Biltmore Phase 1! There is also a Weber gas grill for your personal use.
