Great location, beautiful apartment

This is a great little apartment, close to restaurants, breweries and for me the most important, Knoxville Urban Wilderness. Marty was great and helped me immediately when I had an issue getting into the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great property. Very clean. Convenient to downtown. Had everything we needed. Easy check-in/check-out. Marty and Nikki are great hosts. Will definitely stay again when in Knoxville.

Great stay in Knoxville

We enjoyed our stay in Martin's apartment above the garage. There was a small snafu at check-in, when we were given the wrong entry code. But Martin got back to us within 15 minutes and we got right in after that. The apartment was clean and well stocked for a weekend getaway. Really nice pillows and good shower :) We appreciated the nice basket of snacks! FYI, there is a flight of stairs at the entry, since it's above the garage, but that was no issue for us. The property was quiet, even though it's close to the highway. We walked during the day to UT campus and the downtown area, and felt quite safe. There is a very nice river-side walking trail right across the street. Ample parking off the street by the garage - we suggest you back in for easier departure. Martin provided recommendations for close-by breweries, which we appreciated. Downtown Knoxville was a lot of fun!! We also highly recommend the Ijams Nature Center, which is only about a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Great location close to downtown and UT campus.

The 2 bedroom apartment was located just across the river from downtown Knoxville and just a short drive from the UT campus. Located in an up-and-coming rehabbing neighborhood close to nature trails, small breweries and coffee shops. It was a great location for a UT football weekend.

Really great place, host really looks after you

Nice flat, the host offered to give me a ride to get supplies. He also laid out some goodie baskets and the like. Made my stay in Knoxville home from home

The neighborhood is experiencing a cultural rebirth. There are 6 restaurants, 3 breweries, 2 bars, a riverfront park, and tons of trails within walking distance. Downtown Knoxville is just a $5-$7 Uber (or 20 minute walk) away as well.

What makes this property unique

Green space! Our property is on over an acre lot giving us a large area that includes a meadow and a large number of mature trees offering more "nature therapy" than most any other place this close to downtown.
