We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great stay in Marathon

House was great, pool was terrific! Was in awe of all the fruit trees growing on the property! Definitely wanted to stay longer but the real world was calling. Highly recommended property!!

very nice house

Property was great, pool was nice and plenty of dock space, only downside was no curtains in the living room too much glare and no down stairs bathroom. could use some instructions on the master tub, it looked very relaxing, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5

Marathon Key Vacation

The property was exactly what we hoped for. The pool and patio area had the feel of a vacation resort. Having deep water access made it possible to rent a boat for a couple days. Also, even though Sombrero Beach is under renovations and improvements, it's a great sandy beach in walking or biking distance. Once they complete the improvements it will be a fantastic beach. We look forward to renting this property again....

Great house...Sub-par mgmt company

Leslie is mgmt company not the home owner. Never informed about 8 person limit or city ordnance, late check out option, or that boat dock in neighborhood was private. Unprofessional/rude in office Tried rushing me through paperwork without giving me a chance to read it all. Switches in house need labels Many light bulbs out in & outdoors Right sink in master bath clogged Ice maker did not dispense cubes or crushed Flood light over pool out Fountain in pool not operable standing water attracts mosquitoes and “no sees ums” Lamp in master has a short turn it on and it shuts off Several inches of standing water in carport at entrance gate Called mgmt about $5000 bathtub that didnt work, with no instructions, display not operable. Tub randomly comes on. Maintenance guy admittedly had no clue how to operate the bathtub. I called but never even knew the guy showed up. Later emailed the tub installation manual. We were on vacation - mgmt companies job to know the house & operation of things in home. Second call to mgmt - A/C not working properly, wrong size filter in unit, filter dirty. 5 hours and a/c temp dropped one degree. Mgmt tells me one hour for maintenance to arrive. Mgmt refused to give maintenance my phone number to call me when 10 minutes away so I could go eat dinner a block away with my family and then meet the guy when he gets to the house. Mgmt company tells me if I have any other issues I need to tell the guy while he’s at the house (really????) We don’t know somethings not working properly until we go to use it so can’t tell in advance if there are any other issues. Maintenance guy defensive and belligerent after I explained the situation and what I did/found with a/c. Said unit was just serviced and it was working properly. Temp only dropped one degree in 5 1/2 hours. Maintenance guy said Home Depot wasn’t 24 hours (933pm) gave a hand made/cut filter (improper material) for replacement. Pulled out gauge to check registers. 83 degrees 73% humidity. Was told metal roofs hold extra heat. Would call Ac company on Monday, but No need to send someone out that day or that week. Used bleach (seriously??) to clear out drain line although claimed it was already cleaned out a week ago when it was serviced. Tstat on 70 degrees - still 75 at 930 pm. It really is a beautiful home and property. Super comfy beds. Great showers. If I were homeowner I would want to know this management company is doing a sub par job.

As close to perfect as possible

Very updated nice home in every way. Very clean, updated accommodations. Must have been renovated throughout recently. The pool is fantastic. We have been coming to Marathon and renting VRBO canal/pool homes for years and this is by far the finest in the price range that we have found. We plan to reserve this home again for our next trip here. The only way to improve it would be to add a hot tub.

We loved our stay. My wife and I and our family incl. two granddaughters, a total of eight had plenty of space. Very comfy beds, spacious and clean bathrooms, an accommodating chef's kitchen and plenty of seating inside and out. The pool is EXCEPTIONALLY clean and the patio and pool area is like being at a resort. The gas grill cooked up some steaks perfectly! There were plenty of toys for the kids (and the grown ups) to enjoy. The bicycles were all in excellent shape. Took a nice ride to Sombrero Beach and spent the better part of the day there. It's a very nice clean beach, well taken care of. We even saw a dolphin pop up. The house is conveniently located to everything. A nice day trip to Key West was enjoyable, an informative trip to Pigeon Key was interesting. Swimming with the dolphins is close by. The kids will love the salt water pool at Sunset Grill ( a very short drive) while the parents enjoy the food, tropical drinks and the sunset. I could go on and on, but be assured I'm confident you'll be completely happy staying there. It is a perfect romantic getaway, a family friendly place or a hub for whatever adventure you want. There is a dock with a fish cleaning station. We can't wait to plan our next trip.....Maybe without the kids?

Great house and wonderful vacation!

This is a perfect house for two families. There are two spacious bedrooms with king beds for the parents and you can pile all the kids into the third bedroom! There was a nice dock with a fish cleaning station to keep the boat, the house was within walking distance (a good, brisk walk) to beautiful Sombrero Beach and everyone loved the pool. Plus there were plenty of beach chairs, pools toys and bikes under the house. And unlike a lot of rental houses with bikes that are bottom of the barrel, these bikes are first class! We enjoyed boating to Lazy Days South and Burdines for dinner a couple of nights and recommend it for those who come down with a boat. At night in Boot Key Harbor, the sailboat mast lights make the whole harbor look like it's full of stars. it was quite magical. We also had fun doing a day trip to Key West one cold day and Grassy Key Outpost (don't miss their truffle fries) for lunch and Sparky's Landing on Key Colony Beach for live music. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This place was perfect for our vacation. The house was clean, nice amenities and in walking/biking distance to the beach. Perfectly located on Marathon Key so an easy drive south to Key West. The pool and patio area were beautiful and great place to relax. Quiet neighborhood and canal location.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Spent a week here in August and had a wonderful time! Beautiful, spacious, and modern home with great outdoor space. We really enjoyed cooling off from the heat in the pool. They also have pool toys and floats and beach chairs to use. Great family place to stay. The house is close enough to walk or bike to Sombrero Beach. Marathon is a very family friendly vacation spot with the Turtle Hospital, Crane Point, Seven Mile Bridge, Dolphin Research Center, and so much more just a short drive away. Definitely plan to visit this relaxing vacation home again!

Amazing modern house and property to stay and experience the Keys. So many amenities to make this a great stay- 3 great bedrooms with large beds. Large sitting room. Modern kitchen with all that's needed. Pool and patio that is so relaxing. Beach very close by. Very central located to experience all the activities and restaurants in the Florida Keys. Phenomenal home - excellent location/amenities

Spent a week here and were satisfied from the moment we arrived ! A short walk or bike ride to sombrero beach. Relaxing pool, warm and sunlit interior with flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the family room. Comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen compliment the convenient location to restaurants, theatre and shops. Rental home represents great " bang for the buck." You will not be disappointed !

Marathon, FL Rental Home

This home is amazing! The décor and accommodations are so crisp and clean yet so inviting. When we arrived we felt immediately at home. We enjoyed the use of the bikes to ride to the beach and markets. Everything is just minutes away. We went to the fresh fish markets daily and cooked right at the home, the kitchen is extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The zero grade pool was incredible! The waterfalls in the pool where so relaxing. The rental price is a well below what the accommodations offer. We will return.
