It's Snapper Season! Snapper Season: June 1st - July 31st and September 1st - November 30th (weekends only)

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises on the screened porch while watching the dolphins play.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home has been fully renovated in 2015. Everything is new. Furniture to towels. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and amenities. There is a 42" smart television in the living room and a television in each bedroom. The home is equipped with DIRECTV and WIFI. Enough parking for your vehicles and boat. Best of all the house is located on a beautiful, tranquil sandy beach. There are beach chairs and towels. A kayak for you to have fun with. There is also a 100 lb Danforth anchor and a 4' security anchor with a chain to the float. A park style grill is ready for barbecuing but if you don't feel like cooking, there are great seafood restaurants close by. After a great day at the beach sit back and enjoy a drink on the screened porch to end a perfect day. Hot tub is for owner use only.

This property is a Saturday-Saturday booking from May 1st- September 30th, 2024. April 2024 requires a 4 night minimum. Please inquire about monthly rates from October 1st- March 31st.

We Didn't Want To Leave

This was one of the best properties we've ever stayed in! The location was great and having a dog friendly property that actually had a fenced in area for them was a rare and pleasant bonus! The decor was great and totally "beachy" right down to the switch plate covers. You can really tell that the house is loved because there were little details all around the property that just made everything easier. For example the fire hydrant with a spigot on it for washing the sand off your feet right at the top of the steps from the beach (that's in addition to the outdoor shower). We wanted to book again (and definitely will), but they were already booked for the dates of our next trip!

Perfect

My 3 older daughters and I came for a few days. We used the kayaks & cornhole several times a day. we enjoyed sunrises & sunsets every day from the porch. House was perfect, yard perfect, beach walks perfect. Saw sting rays from kayaks, and dolphin, deer and blue heron from beach. Had one slight maintenance issue which owner resolved immediately. We will return!

Review on Bay Breeze

This was a nice place with an incredible view. Enjoyed the backyard and fishing the beach in walking a few steps from back door. The road we were on was very busy and loud, sleeping in was interrupted by noisy local commuters which took away from restful peace in the morning. Wish the hot tub had been available, for what we paid, the owner should consider the amenity to be included. Patty was wonderful and helpful. And we did enjoy the area a lot. Clean home, nicely decorated and comfortable. Back porch and yard was amazing

Bay Breeze was wonderful

I was looking for a quiet, peaceful week at the beach and that's exactly what I got! No crowds! NEVER waited in line at any of the restaurants and we ate out almost every night. SUCH a sweet, friendly town! The days were spent watching the dolphins and stingrays, crabs and yes 1 shark! Overall it was such a lovely vacation! Can't wait til next year!

Perfect summer getaway

Had a wonderful stay. Property was extremely clean and as described. Super easy beach access, pet friendly and the inside of the home was more than expected. We had everything We needed for cooking and cleaning on site. We will be booking again soon!

Perfect place to bring your dog!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Bay Breeze in Carabelle. The house is so cute with all of it's beach themed decor and colors. It has everything you need and is very comfortable and "homey." The back screened porch and backyard are perfect for spending time enjoying the bay. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing yourself and your dog after a long walk on the beach. We love to bring our dog to Carabelle as it is the best beach we have ever seen for dogs. During low tide the water is very shallow with sandbars everywhere. This will be an annual getaway for us from now on!

The location is beautiful! The only negative about the house in my opinion is they need update the porche furniture badly, other then that we had a wonderful time there.

Best Vacation

This was by far the best vacation my family and our friends have taken together. Just being able to relax and enjoy the wonders of the forgotten coast was amazing. The house was perfect for what we needed and was very enjoyable. Can’t wait to return next year for vacation

The Perfect Getaway

This private beach home is a perfect, relaxing getaway! The house is clean and well-maintained and the location is amazing. Spots to relax with a view inside the home, in the screened-in porch, patio, and beach. I watched the dolphins playing in the bay while cooking breakfast for my family. The washer and dryer were convenient and there was even an "outside" restroom, so we didn't have to run indoors while playing. They even had a place to spray sand off your feet before heading inside. We enjoyed the kayaks available for our use, had an outdoor fire on the patio, grilled, found beautiful, large shells (although we left them in the ocean, because they were inhabited!). It was a perfect week and we will definitely be back!

Bay Breeze

We liked the house and we really enjoyed the beach, the nice screened in front porch and the firepit! Several times when we were in the water dolphins swam 10 feet from us which was amazing! The stingrays were a little worrisome, but we shuffled our feet so they would swim away so luckily we didn't get stung. The bugs are bad at night, even with spray but I guess that's pretty much everywhere (at our house in KY too). My son and husband had a blast fishing in the kayaks! Our 4 year old caught two fish including an 18 inch long trout, he was so excited!! We loved that our dog was allowed in the house and on the beach so we got more family time this year!!

Amazing View and Location

We loved this property. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle that comes with most beaches. The yard is perfect for pets. The concrete patio overlooking the water was a great idea. You have the amazing view any time of day without having to be covered in sand. The property had all the amenities of home. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

70s bungalow on the water

The house aka bungalow was perfectly situated on the St. George Sound. The home had nice beach access, kayaks to use, great for pet owners, beautiful views of the night sky and sunrises. Two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen had all you needed to cook for the family. Only 8-10 minutes to Carabelle downtown and only 15 minutes to St. George Island. I would gladly stay here again.

Quaint, private, no pool

Quiet, private beach house! The hot tub was not functioning, and changed to owners use only so this property should be removed from "pool" filter on search menu.

The property is very enjoyable, walk out the back and there is the bay. Close to St. George Island, lots of good food close by. House has everything you need. Very clean, great screened in back porch overlooking the bay.

Right on the beach

What a great beach house! My husband, dog and I stayed here for a month and it was wonderful. My parents came to visit for a week also. The cottage was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the view and sitting out on the screened porch. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots and pans. The location was perfect - just a few minutes to Carrabelle and only a short drive to East Point and Apalachicola. Lots of choices for restaurants with amazing food (be sure to stop at Taste of Korea in Carrabelle!) We had no issues during our stay. And our dog loved the enclosed exercise area - perfect for throwing a ball around. Thank you

Great Dog-friendly Beach

My husband and I take our dog to the beach once a year and this year we chose Carabelle. It was the perfect beach for a dog to run, chase birds and swim, especially during low tide in the afternoon. This adorable beach house was also the perfect choice with tile floors and a big screened porch overlooking the ocean. Make sure you bring bug spray as the biting flies on the beach were very bad but we will definitely be back to this location and house again!

Screened porch with beautiful views

Very nice home. The water was up due to recent rain so couldn't be at beach as often as we would have liked. The home is clean and well equipped. The bed was so very comfortable. Sound machines in the rooms to offset road noise. Yes, right on the road, but this is also very convenient. We did have an issue wirh hot tub but have resolved with owner at this time. Books and games are a nice touch. The management group was beyond responsive and accommodating.

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for my bestie and myself to stay for a few days and take some vacation time. The beach was nice; plenty of room to walk and explore during low tide. The house was lovely and the view was impeccable. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Nice home not ideal beach access

This is a nice home and everything was clean. The beach access is very dangerous especially when the tide is up you have to carefully step down on large rocks. The tide was up several days while we were there and we used the neighborhood access as we had no beach at all in front of our house. None of the interior doors lock in the house which is weird especially when trying to shower with kids in the house. We went down to figure out the hot tub to find it full of sand which was aggravating so we just closed it back up no knowing how to get all that sand to drain out. The most disappointing thing was the washer and dryer are below the house in the carport area which is a huge inconvenience. The house has beautiful views but not ideal for us with kids and the beach access.

Quaint

Cute house in a quaint area of the Forgotten Coast. The kids loved being right on the beach. Only downside is the Hwy 98 noise that is almost constant but it's hardly noticeable on the front porch or beach area, just toward the back of the house.

Something for the entire family!

Perfect little piece of paradise.

The house itself is comfortable and well furnished. The beach and water are perfect. Very natural setting. Be sure to get up early for beautiful sunrise and dolphin sightings. During low tide, walk the sandbars to discover starfish.
