Beautiful, well-kept property in the heart of the action! Property manager was very helpful with everything from checking in, to recommending things to do. Unit was perfect for my family of six, a child, and an infant. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

We had a great time
We enjoyed the condo. This was our second time and won't be the last I hope. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space for our family. The people above us weren't very courteous and did a lot of stomping but other than that we have no complaints at all.

My kids loved being able to go to the dock to go fishing. The beach was a 30 second drive across the street. I loved being able to sit on the balcony to watch the kids in the pool :)

We really enjoyed our stay for our family vacation. Condo had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious. Tosha was very helpful with any questions we had and was quick to respond. Only suggestion would be that the master bathroom drain needs to be cleaned out. It drains very slow and the tub holds a lot of water when using the shower. We tried some liquid drano but it didn’t help. One negative was the guests on the 2nd floor were very rowdy and it sounded like they were moving furniture at all hours of the day and night. Overall it was a nice and comfortable condo and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Spacious condo! Not on the beach as it states but as close as you can be otherwise. Public access is virtually across the street about a 30 second drive. Can reach all parts and hot spots in a short drive. We brought air mattresses and were able to sleep 4 kids in one room. Didn’t even need to use pull out couch. 2nd bathroom a plus. Very clean and property management was very proactive. Simple and easy. I would stay again!

Clean property. Manager on site did not answer phone or door when there was an issue at 2 am!
The condo was clean and roomy. I would suggest to bring more towels unless you want to wash everyday. The beds in both bedrooms was not comfortable at all. We had to call police on our send night do to party going on in the pool at 2 am. Manager was not answering phones or door. Police ran all the partygoers off. I was under the impression the condo was on the beach but not so. We had to drive to the beach entrance, so that was frustrating. For the price we paid I was expecting to walk out our door and walk down to the beach. We love gulf shores but may check into different property next time. Tosha was responsive with text so that was helpful.

This property was beautiful, functional, and close to the beach! It was the perfect place to rest after the eventful days we had. The kitchen had everything I needed. The communication for check in was simple and we had quick responses for questions we had during our stay.

Super clean, large condo. All amenities, responsive management, comfortable, bright place!
Property is older but well maintained. Lots of space and very clean. Everything you need is supplied. Loved the large balcony, en-suite master bath, huge washer and dryer, and large, smart tv.
