Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I was a victim of bait and switch with Tech Travel.

1 hour before check-in, Tech Trave called and said AC unit was down. Offered another property or refund. Went with down grade. We went to original property because we're local and had a feeling something wasn't right. I ended up talking with the "new" renters, who confirmed they were renting the same house and the AC was working fine. Called Tech Travel the next day and they denied it and was very unprofessional. Calling VRBO to give more details. Very disappointed.
