Note that:
- Stairs link the condos in this complex, there is no elevator
- This is a legal one-bedroom condo because of its spacious size and full-scope kitchen, however this condo does not have a door to separate the bedroom and living room.

We quite like this property. It unbeatable in terms of location and has a mini kitchen which is a big plus. They used to have parking as well, but, unfortunately that's no longer available

The property is great, close to the beach, restaurants and transportation. The only downside is the 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. We knew about that before we booked so we tuffed it out.

Perfect for low-cost Waikiki stay, but parking is very challenging: none included with unit. Nearby street and garage parking averaged about $40 per day.

Overall stay was great, for the price the room was very equipped and comfortable, only complaint is the area around the hotel, particularly the street to access the property could get very sketchy at night. Despite this I would certainly stay here again for the price we paid and the straightforward directions to access and leave the property.

GREAT LOCATION AND SERVICE

I loved that our location was so close to the beach and also not in a super populated tourist area. The street we are on has food trucks as well which made it convenient to get food if I didn’t want to walk too far for food. Our fan didn’t work when we got there and I was able to get in touch with the property manager and they were able to send someone to check it out the next day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here! Great price, service, and location !!!

It was a very clean place and located next to the zoo and a block from the beach. Great location, comfortable. My only con was no elevator and was on the 4th floor. Also had trouble getting key and no one answered call or returned voicemail. Luckily i got in, but i was majorly stressed with the idea there was no one to reach

The unit was amazing, close to all the action and the beach! Literally less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. It’s the next block from the strip with all the shopping and amazing restaurants. Starbucks is just around the corner from the unit either direction. There is tons of nightlife and yes you’ll hear most of it as expected being in the middle of a large city. The room is clean and fully stocked if you want to cook in. There’s also 3 beds. There’s no parking at the unit but if you have whit you can find parking next door either direction. We really enjoyed our stay. This property does not have a view, but does have a nice small balcony and the unit comes with things to be used at the beach such as chairs and boards. Hope this is helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at the Cabana as we really enjoyed being so close to our snorkeling spot! Although there was no view from the lanai, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful ocean...and I could pick up my starbucks coffee in the morning on the way there! Even though the place was clean, the carpet in the bedroom could use a deeper cleaning. The condo was good for the price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasantly pleased as to how clean the unit was. The bed & pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely updated. Parking was excellent and convenient and location was great. Exterior of building was a little intimidating as was the alley, but those concerns quickly vanished when I saw so many tourist pedestrians walking the area. I didn't realize there was no elevator which was not a problem for us, but it is something I didn't realize to check.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo's location is definitely the best thing about this place. The beds are awful. It'd be fine for a one night rental, but I definitely wouldn't recommend more than that. Maid service could do a little better cleaning the place as there was hair on the sheets at check in and trash behind the nightstand from a previous guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (2 girls, husband, me) stayed here for 4 days. The location was perfect for us: a couple blocks from the protected beach and a few blocks from great eating places and the aquarium. The unit was clean and exactly as described. My only complaint was that the key fobs used to open the gate were broken in a corner and couldn't be attached to a key ring or any other item. It was like we had to keep track of 1 very specific nickle in addition to all the swim gear/equipment and towels and sunscreen. Overall I would recommend and would book again.
