I would like to say that this was an amazing stay ! The house was clean the neighbors were friendly and it was such a comfortable space and setting. There was a smoking are for smokers which was helpful especially on vacation. They provided pots , pans, and some seasoning and coffee. We did not use much of the stuff provided in the house because we were always out. Also wanted to add that if you’re a couple with two kids or less you could stay here very affordable and they have a very nice futon in the living room area !

Great stay in Carolina!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for five nights. It’s very cute and cozy. It was just the right amount of space for the two of us. We were comfortable. Everything was clean. It honestly looks exactly like the pictures. We took Ubers everywhere but there is a parking space provided out front. Initially I didn’t think there was hot water in the shower. I waited until the morning and texted the host asking if the water could get any hotter. I got an immediate response on how to use the hot water! It was really simple and I am so glad that I asked. The location of the apartment is not in a touristy area. It’s really a local neighborhood. We walked around on our first day. There were kids playing basketball outside the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly as we walked past their homes. There’s a restaurant right around the corner. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the food but it was packed with customers and it smelled really good when we walked past. There’s also a Walgreens, fast food (Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Chinese takeout), a bar, and a gas station all within walkable distance. There’s also a supermarket, bakery, and a liquor store that is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. The Uber to the airport was about 9 minutes. It was about a 15 minute Uber to Isla Verde beach. 45 minutes to Luquillo Beach. 15 minutes to La Placita. The roosters crowing can be a little loud at times. And so can the birds chirping. But no real complaints.

Lack of communication

I booked this unit for one night prior to our cruise. Messaged the property owner a day prior with no response. We arrive to the location with zero communication on the code to get into the lockbox to access the key to get in. Ended up having to go back to the airport and never stayed in the unit.

One night in San Juan area

I would have appreciated if the host had answered the phone instead of texting. Our taxi driver was having a hard time with the address. When we got there we couldnt find th lock boxes. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable. Unfortunatley, neither of us could get wifi, and the tv was pixilating.

Solid location to Uber and take off from a rental car from to other locations like Condado, San Juan, El Yunque, & Others. Otherwise it’s an okay location with quite a bit of noise. Away from the main roads so little to no car noises in the place. Not very walkable. Decent location if you rent a car and go with 1-3 people.

Perfect!!

This place is exactly as nice and clean as it looks on the posting. The host was attentive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will stay here again in August.

Uber was easily available and most of the trips were less than 10$. The place was clean and the host responded to the messages promptly. Highly recommend this place.

Close to airport

The unit looks just like the pictures. It was perfect for our needs because we were just staying 1 night before flying out early am. It’s definitely a quick easy drive to the airport and easy to find a restaurant close by. For us the unit wouldn’t have worked for a long term stay but everyone’s needs are different. With that said I would definitely stay again when flying out on a early morning flight or if we coming in late didn’t want to drive to far. We had a few questions while we were there and the host was quick to respond. It was a good stay. Thank you.

Perfect for the price really lowkey.

The place is really clean and cozy right near the highways! Perfect location for someone who wants to be close to the city! It’s conveniently minutes from the airport! Mrs Robinson was always helpful. Quick response and she also lets you know you can call her anytime.

Very clean and has everything you need to stay just before you take a flight from sju or come into sju airport. The owner was nice enough to allow us entry at 2pm and was fine with us leaving at 12 noon. He was really flexible.

First i want to start saying that it was an awesome experience, the place was clean, was quiet neighbors were nice, management was responsive no complaints at all will stay there again my wife and i love Ii, easy access from the airport no problems getting in or out of the house/apartment Señor Lantigua was very polite work with us when we needed rescheduling previously, it was worth it, thanks againg

Great location!

Pros - (1) Location was perfect! About 10 minutes from the airport, 15-20 minutes to Old San Juan, Walmart also nearby. (2) very clean (3) coffee was so good! (4) shower pressure was great and water was warm! Areas to improve - (1) the bed wasn't very comfortable (2) if you're the type who likes cool showers, the water might be too warm for you, but like I said, it was wonderful for me, especially since we learned there were many places in the San Juan area that did not have running water at all for a day! (3) I wish there were some shelves in the bathroom/shower area to place toiletries. All in all, great place to stay! I would recommend :)

Robinson was excellent hosts. Check-in/out was super easy, and the room was set up great. The room was clean, and everything we needed to start our trip was provided, which was helpful . The location is great (about 5 minutes from the airport, and within 30 minutes from some wonderful sights). The neighbors were friendly, with lots of free-range chickens, dogs, and cats around - Super great introduction to the island!! I will recommended to my friends. I don't mind staying again.
