Fun at the Cape !

Great house with a fabulous saltwater pool and beautiful grounds. The house is large and comfortable and well stocked for cooking. Good location mid cape . My family were very pleased 👍

Plenty of Room

We are repeat guests. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, loved the pool, short drive to Corporation Beach, and walk to the pond. We spent a lot of time on the Cape Cod rail to trail bike path, a short drive away. Property owner is super easy to reach and very responsive.

Perfect for our family!

The house was beautiful and clean! I’m amazed that we found a house big enough for all of us that wasn’t $20,000 a week! The pool was very refreshing and we loved the salt water.

Perfect house for large family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We are a large extended family group ranging in age from 1 to 81! The house is even better than the vrbo listing and photos. Each bedroom has very nice furniture with dressers to unpack and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The owners take care of the home, you don't feel like you're in a rental. We appreciated the AC as our week was humid. The third floor is a great space for teens/college ages and the basement is really its own apartment, perfect for families with young children. The pool is also great - the electric cover keeps it warm, clean and maintenance free for the renters. It was very nice coming home from a day at the beach to the pool. Corporation and Mayflower Beaches are a short drive or bike ride away. We recommend Mayflower - $30 day per car, lunch/snack shack and restrooms. Steve, the property manager, was extremely helpful prior to and during our stay. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and responded to our text within minutes when we had a question. I highly recommend this property! The only cons, as indicated by prior reviews, is that you really can't walk anywhere as the house is not in a neighborhood and there is a neighbor who complains. Our group was sitting on the deck at 9:30 on a Saturday night and the neighbor complained of noise. These are minor issues and did not take away from this incredible house in any way. We look forward to renting this house again!

Beautiful house

The house and manager Steve were both great, he was available a few times when we had questions and cleared it up. We wish the house was on a better street for walking but we understand it is what it is. Otherwise great area and nice to be between all the towns on the cape.

Awesome property for family reunion

We loved this house. Great pool, lots of space, 2 kitchens, plenty of living space for kids and adults. Easy drive to town and beaches. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House for Multiple Families

This was the first year we combined four families into one house - and this was the perfect house for us! - The space is great, with a full suite in the basement and several bedrooms. - The pool was nonstop fun and kept the kids entertained while we were home. - Air conditioning!! It was 90+ degrees during our stay! - Beautiful yard with a fire pit. - Walkable to ice cream.

Better than expected

This property was perfect for our family of three generations. The pool was lovely and well maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs. The property grounds were very private and more extensive than I assumed from the pictures. There are trees all around the property, so while you might be able to hear neighbors, you can't see them and you feel very secluded. The only downside was that the two bedrooms on the top floor (one King, one Queen) did not have a bathroom on that floor, and because the two double bed room has an en suite bathroom, that meant the second floor main bathroom was for 4 bedrooms. However, we did not have a problem with that, especially because there is also an outside shower. The third full bath is in the basement (half bath on first floor). The basement is an apartment unto itself, another unexpected plus. Also, the temperature in the house, including in the third floor bedrooms (with the help of additional air conditioners provided), was just right. Everyone was comfortable. We had perfect weather, so did not use the ping pong table in the garage, but would have if it rained. Location is also very good -- short walk to the local pond beach, short drive to Corporation Beach on the Bay, but frankly we spent most of our time either biking (from the house or a short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail) or hanging out by the pool. One day we drove half an hour to an Ocean Beach, and one day drove an hour to P-Town. We would love the opportunity to rent the house again next year.

4th of July Tradition

Our family comes to the Cape during the week of the 4th. As we have grown in size, we have needed bigger homes to rent. This property provided lots of spaces to be together or not together! The kitchen was perfect as we rarely go out to eat. The pool was awesome to come back to after being at the beach! The entire property is extremely well maintained and spotless! Also, Steve was very attentive- always picked up the phone when I reached out with questions.😁 We look forward to our next stay!

Family Vacation

Great house with a great pool and yard. Perfect for multiple families. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Make sure to bring dish and hand towels in addition to all bed linens and bath towels.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, spacious,well maintained. It lives up to its billing. The owner was also accommodating regarding heating the pool to requested temperature. I do have a few suggestions for the owner to consider re additions for the house. There are no beach chairs provided nor beach umbrellas. It is a beach vacation house - we had to rent. I would suggest the owner consider adding. I suggest the owner consider purchasing TVs for the bedrooms - no tv in the master bedroom - I believe only one bedroom had a tv though there are three in house. Once again it’s a low cost item that might be beneficial. We would have appreciated it for the adult bedrooms. Lastly no linens blankets bath towels included re covid. Owner might consider reimbursing cost of rental - we rented blankets and bath towels - if they would normally include this in the rental. These are only suggestions that may or may not be significant to other renters. We would have appreciated these inclusions. As I began though, the house was beautiful with wonderful privacy and surroundings.

Stay two didn't disappoint

We enjoyed this property so much last summer that we returned again this year. It is spacious, bright, clean and more than comfortable for 16 people. Our four families of 4 have ample room to sit down for meals together, plenty of seating and space to enjoy the pool, and the kids enjoy taking over the garage ping pong table or the down stairs bonus living room to have their own space. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. The air conditioning keeps the house comfortable. The house is on a quiet private street so you feel very secluded but only a short drive to Mayflower or Corporation beaches, grocery stores, ice cream shops, etc.. Would definitely come back again.

Highly recommend

The property was perfect for our group of 16 including 3 families and a set of grandparents. The lower level afforded the grandparents their own space and escape from the activity when desired. The property was well suited for our needs. The backyard was perfect as it was private, had lots of seating for dining and relaxing by the pool and firepit. Steve was great to communicate with and very clear with instructions. We look forward to returning!

Family fun

House and pool were very clean and well maintained. Grounds were well kept. Great space for multiple families or large extended family. Good furniture for dining and watching tv. I know bed comfort is a personal preference. 4 couples found the beds uncomfortable. One ended up sleeping on the couch. Recommend you bring your own high quality mattress pads. Listing in VRBO has 2 bedrooms in lower level. There is only one. There are 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. The ac needs to be kept at 69 degrees. This worked fine for lower level and first floor. Second floor was ok. Third floor -forget it. Way too hot and we were not there on a particularly hot week. A mini split or ac in windows would be good. Pool starts heating at 10AM and is capped at 82 degrees. We had some cooler days and would have liked to have had pool warmer, especially for my older parents. Overall a nice rental

Fantastic reunion house!

Great house for a family reunion. Lots of beds and lots of room. Pool and yard were wonderful. Lots of outdoor chairs and tables. Many great restaurants nearby. Beaches are not far but must take a car. No beach chairs at the house. Third floor could use another fan as it does not cool as well as rest of house.
